The parking lot, halls, and storage units are very clean. It looks like they must clean the halls pretty frequently. The indoor parking lot for loading and unloading feels very secure with a code to get into the building as well as the elevator. There are well-maintained carts for bringing things to and from the storage units. The elevators operate smoothly and quickly.

“My wife and I needed somewhere to keep our stuff while house hunting. We originally chose this place because the units were accessible until 11PM every night and the only free time I had during the move was late in the evening. Every time I was able to drop boxes off after dinner or grab something out of a box before bed, I was thankful that we did.
Also, every time I needed to talk to the staff, from move in to move out, they were exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, they made keeping our stuff stored safely the least stressful part of a relatively stressful move and for that I will always be grateful.”
“We rented a truck for 2 weeks, this was for a trip to a family reunion. My brother rented a vehicle as well. Both of us had an amazing experience with the staff of Enterprise at this location. Amanda, Tatsumi and Brandon were fantastic at making sure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions, addressed the one concern that came up in a fair way and just made sure overall this went great. I highly recommend this location and the staff there!”

Great examples of some young kids with there head on there shoulders and incredibly intelligent Caden never fails to leave me and my team with excellent customer service in a quick and timely manner he’s very well spoken and respectful was definitely raised right ! , and Lola is fairly new so we haven’t had a lot of interaction with her yet but every interaction has been nothing but pleasant and absolutely positive! I originally went in uhaul site since they use to be affiliated with them but that was when they were First Ave Storage now they are now CubeSmart Storage. They were able to help me right away today and and got move in on my lunch break so it was awesome experience and again very helpful in my time of need. “The only thing that weirded me out was that the lighter sockets were dead, so I couldn't charge my phone, and it died during the moving process. There was no lock at the back, but other than that, the process was quick and awesome! The professionals were patient ( I had to get my card corrected by the company, and it took 20 to 25 minutes, and they were wholly understanding. They were kind and courteous.”

“Karla is an absolute superstar! Today i rented a truck from this location. My time for pickup was towards the end of the store's hours and i was running behind schedule. When i walked up, staff was leaving and had already locked up for the night. Karla saw me walk up to the door and answered with a smile asking for what I needed. She swiftly invited me in to help me out. She was kind, professional and efficient. It seems rare to see someone go over the top to help someone like this and Karla's demeanor was extremely refreshing. I will be sure to use this location for all moving needs from now on!”

“I've rented a van here twice, both times I made a mistake submitting the mileage and got overcharged, and the management were serious and timely with getting it corrected, good people working here. Sometimes the vehicles have to be rented out on E because people siphon their gas, a little annoying but not that big of a deal.”

“I don’t usually write long Google reviews, but after the experience I just had here, I’d honestly feel wrong not taking the time.
It was a cold, rainy night right before Christmas. The kind of night where everyone is tired, soaked, mentally checked out, and counting the minutes until they can lock up and go home. I showed up late—not just “cutting it close,” but clearly after the day should’ve been done—realizing I still needed my trailer.
Most places would’ve turned off the lights, shrugged, and told me to come back tomorrow. And frankly, I wouldn’t have blamed them.
Instead, Ruslan and Mak unlocked the door, welcomed me in like it was the middle of the afternoon, turned the computer systems back on, and calmly got back to work as if I wasn’t an inconvenience at all. No attitude. No sighs. No passive-aggressive reminders about closing time. Just professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to help.
They stayed late—well past when they had every right to be gone—to make sure the trailer was properly hooked up to my truck, checked, secured, and ready to go. They took their time, did everything carefully, answered questions, and treated the whole thing like it mattered. And it did—because when you’re towing, safety and attention to detail are everything.
What really stood out wasn’t just that they helped—it was how they helped. Calm. Respectful. Human. The kind of service that reminds you there are still people out there who take pride in doing things the right way, even when nobody would fault them for doing the bare minimum.
I genuinely wish I could do more for these two than a couple packs of Parliaments and a positive review, because they earned far more than that. Ruslan and Mak are the kind of employees every company wishes they had, and the kind of people you hope you run into when a day is already long and the weather is miserable.
If management ever wonders who represents the brand at its absolute best—this is it. Give these guys recognition. They didn’t just help me get a trailer; they restored a bit of faith in customer service.

“Over the years it has been my experience when renting from U-Haul there are two types of stores. The first type the one you go into where clearly nobody likes their job and they are just doing the minimum to get through the day. This is not one of those stores.
I went in needing a trailer to travel across the country and Tyler was incredibly helpful making sure to help me through the process. He talked to me about my trip while we worked on getting a U-Haul talk to me about the right equipment and made sure everything worked. Even gave me the rundown if there was an issue while driving or the lights didn't work just stopped in he'll get me fixed up real quick in no time.
Then when it turned out I didn't need the trailer the next day he just took care of it real quick remembering my name and my account. If you're going to rent a U-Haul this is the spot.”

Yesterday, I thought I had rented a 20 ft truck through the app but the app had kicked me to the west Seattle location. I arrive for the scheduled time and the employee was leaving for lunch when she saw me. She came back in and that’s when I realized my reservation was in west Seattle. I wouldn’t have been able to make it there and on time for the item pick up, but the employee got me set up with a truck that was scheduled later in the day. She was awesome and really went out of her way to help me out even though it was my mistake.”

I ended up renting a storage unit from him even though I had already paid for a Public Storage unit a block away.
