“A lot of times if you go to a bank to cash a check they don't want to cash it for you and/or they want multiple forms of I.d. and a finger print,and they charge you for cashing the check. Or they usually say "you can go to your bank and deposit it ".. As if i didn't already know that. None the less most banks don't want to fork over money.Mountain Pacific has great customer service.. I have gone in multiple times to cash large business checks.. In and out in 5 minutes , no hassle, no questioning, only had to show 1 form of I.d. and they did not charge me for cashing the checks.. Great bank so far .. Honestly I may switch to them.”

“The Burlington branch of Heritage Bank has been my bank for years ( actually decades ) and is the epitome of what a hometown bank should be. It has changed names and ownership a few times but maintains an emphasis on customer service. The tellers are always friendly and helpful, each learning our names and accounts. The Management staff always goes above and beyond to take care of my families personal needs, and the needs of our small businesses. If you’re looking for a bank for life, this is the one that I would recommend. A very big thank you to Brad and Deanna for all the years of being patient with the Kitzman family!”

“Leslie and Debi are so amazing, beyond words. We went through 2 banks trying to get financing on a property (the second one gave us approvals to put in an offer) to then pull financing days before contingency was over because they didn’t understand it was Forestry land. In a panic 2.5 weeks before closing, here comes Leslie like the goddess she is, literally saved us and this property. Within days we had approvals, the next week appraisals and Debi started processing next week boom closing. What took one bank 7 weeks to drop the ball they had completed in 2.5 weeks. Absolutely amazing. We are so grateful for them both. We tried the Marysville location on State Street today and it was disgusting how Leigh treated us. I am part of a huge company that brings in a lot of money.
