“Joe helped me out with a single nylon washer. My hand controls on my Van came apart while I was driving. When they were put back together a nylon washer was left out making it hard to push the brakes. Not only did Joe install the washer for me, he also loaded my wheelchair up. Our Country could use more Joe’s like the one that works here.”

“Brandon was fantastic! I needed plywood for a bed frame he cut it to my dimensions, turns out my math was off! He stopped what he was doing when I came back to cut the wood again for me. We will definitely be coming back next time we need wood. The service was so much better than a big box store.”

“I was looking for a specific pressure washer and though the app said it was in stock, there were none on the shelf. I asked one of the associates in garden for help and saw what I saw and said they were out. I showed he the count on the app and asked her if she could check into it to see if they were stored somewhere else and she promptly turned to another customer and began helping him.I went to customer service and Bobby promptly found some in overhead. He called Katie and she was quick to physically locate them. She found a lift operator and got them pulled down. There were several frustrating events that lead to delays but she stuck with it even going to get a cart and loading it on the cart for me. Several customers interrupted her to get her attention and she persisted with me to be sure I got what I needed while remaining polite to the other customers. I have to say Bobby was very helpful and Katie was super helpful. Best service I have ever received at HD without question and I am a contractor that is in here almost daily.Katie J turned around what looked like it was going to be a bad experience into one to remember.”

“Great to see Home Depot accepting Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFLs) and rechargeable batteries for recycling. These both contain toxic chemicals and should not go in your trash or your regular recycling. Home Depot makes this important recycling easy by providing individual bins just inside the entrance. “I went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply because the faucet adapter that came with a new portable GE dishwasher would not couple with my kitchen faucet. Mike spent a good 30 minutes attempting to find an adapter or faucet that would fit. When he couldn't match it with anything in his store, I concluded it was the adapter that came with the dishwasher that was wrong.I'm still on the hunt for the correct part but I want to recognize Mike and Ferguson Plumbing Supply Gresham for being so knowledgeable, friendy and they gave me professional advice that you would never get at Home Depot or Lowes.If you need materials, supplies or advice, go see them at Ferguson Plumbing Supply.”
“I needed some Trex decking and other items. Rob Barrett helped me. Service was incredible. All of the items were delivered in my driveway. Truck driver was very nice. Even moved the sheetrock into my garage with the forklift. Rob guided me the right way. You don't get answers like this at the big box stores. Thank you Parr. When my items were delivered, they noticed that they forgot 2 boxes of nails. They brought them out on another trip the same day. That is service.”

“I went there for some ball bearing toolbox drawer rails, and found out they primarily carried that product for wood Cabinetry not tool boxes. They still went out of their way to get me the information I needed by calling the manufacturers rep. Great customer service even though they knew it wasn't a product They Carried”
“Lowes La Camas is where I go. Im in a wheelchair and don't like going into Lowes or any big store. I arrange to pick my orders up. I let them know when I have arrived via Lowes App and they are at my car within 2 mins everytime. Orders are always correct. Thankful for my LA Camas Lowes!”

“Shae did a great job. Everyone is hot and tired. People are coming in and getting AC units. I wasn’t going to bother anyone when I didn’t see what I wanted. Shae asked what I was looking for and found it on a high shelf. He went off and got a lift. Had to move other stuff to get the lift placed. He pulled it down. He was professional, courteous, and worked hard. I really appreciate his help and he makes the Lowe’s brand look strong.”
