“This was my first visit to Matt's after having only relied on dealer service for years. Matt's attention to detail, fair pricing, and expertise was exceptional. Also excellent communication of progress and timing of completion. This is now my go-to.”

“My wife and I traveled here from hours away, and what could have been a terrible situation turned into an experience we’ll never forget. Our tire was literally seconds away from falling off, and it was already quitting time on a Saturday—around 5 PM. If it weren’t for a random Les Schwab truck driving by at just the right time, my wife and I would have been stranded hours from home. And then we met Bob. Bob is one of the most respectful, genuine, and helpful people we have ever crossed paths with. He immediately made it his priority to make sure we were safe, taken care of, and able to get back on the road and make it home. He went above and beyond, handled everything quickly, and treated us like we actually mattered—not just like another customer walking through the door. Bob is the face of Les Schwab and exactly the kind of person every company should want representing them. We are extremely thankful we crossed paths with him that Saturday evening. I hope everyone in the area gets the chance to meet Bob. People like him are hard to come by. Thank you, Bob, and thank you, Les Schwab! You absolutely earned these 5 stars.”

“I had a great experience at Pep Boys. Michael and his team did an excellent job changing my oil, transmission fluid, and they also completed the three-step service to flush out the buildup from my exhaust/muffler. When I drove my car out, it felt light as a feather and accelerated much better. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“Carlos, Kody and the rest of the team at Discount tire in Everett ALWAYS take care of my cars no matter what’s up with the tires. In the last two weeks I’ve needed to stop in twice and each time they’ve fixed the issue with minimal cost to me due to their amazing warranty. Highly recommend. Much better experience than at the location in Bothell.”

“Great customer service! Honesty is hard to find when going through mechanics. When through a couple mechanics for my 2011 Audi A4 and Chris and Chad both have taken care of me for years now. I'm very glad I found them. I would trust them with any car I bring to them moving forward just because of their customer service and ability to effectively communicate with me and work with me through challenging times. HIGH QUALITY SERVICE!”
