“I didn't even know it was there so it was a nice little hidden gem. The guy working was mad helpful so kudos to him. This is not a full service (I guess you would call it) post office as it is run through yokes as to my understandings. I for one am grateful that it's here”

“This is a small Post Office that you may miss if you're not careful. Haven't found anything they couldn't help me with yet. I dropped by to ask about an email I had received as I was suspicious it may be Spam fishing for personal information. I was pleased to find the Post Office employee here was able to quickly identify my email as Spam and showed me the very subtle identifiers that gave it away. Kudos to the Post Office employee for his knowledge and courtesy to take the time to help.”
“Kim was fantastic! She really made the passport process less stressful. As a walk in, she got us in quickly and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. The website was wrong, we couldn't get it to process an appointment and walk ins are only Tues-Fri 10-11 a.m.”

“You can not tell it is a small post office from the outside. It is inside the Rosauers store. Once you walk in, they have a small counter and post office staff to help you. I am glad I found it.”
“Because of a bad past experience with mail theft, we choose not to have a mail box on our rural street. A few times UPS shipment pulls a switcheroo on us and drops our package off at the Chattaroy post office for final delivery over the past several years, and of course, the mail carriers cannot deliver because of our choice not to have a street mail box. I’ve had to call the Chattaroy post office and ask if they can please hold our package rather than return to sender. Each time they have been kind enough to hold onto so I can pick up. I am thankful for that! I don’t know how many other post offices would be so kind to do this, but I appreciate them for doing so. I try my best to avoid this scenario but sometimes these UPS to USPS handoffs catch me off guard. Thank you Chattaroy post office!”

“I’ve always had a good experience every time I’ve visited this location. I always see Ray as the main clerk. He has great customer service. Nice and friendly to everyone that I’ve seen him interact with. USPS doesn’t get enough credit on what they do on a day to day basis.”
“Cute full service post office PO boxes and full service premium package pickup you can use their street address as an address to pick up your packages if you have the PO box.”
“I ordered a package online and it was accidentally shipped to an old address. I was able to call this USPS directly and was connected to an employee immediately! Rarely these days can you actually talk to a live person right away.I asked if they could hold the package and they were able to catch it right before it went on the delivery truck to be out for delivery. My husband was able to pick up the package on my behalf. I really appreciate what the employee did for me, thank you!”
