Every single person is warm & welcoming. Furr Babies are loved by everyone. With all the amenities offered, there is something for everyone; an impressive indoor pool & hot tub, plush little garden areas to grow veggies or flowers, a frickon MOVIE THEATER with comfy seats, a workshop to tinker around in, a crafting room for crafters with your own designated cubby, an internet cafe with computers to use & a top of the line fancy KURIG Coffee Machine offering French Vanilla lattes to a nice cup of Hot Coco!! My favorite one is the Dilly Dally Pub with Happy Hour cocktails!! There is a game room equipped with puzzles & games, a pool table, dart board, and a Family Dining room for private use or for community functions…but wait… that's not all!!! A huge library loaded with books of all kinds for bookworms!! The staff puts on fun functions to attend & the community organizes their own To-Do's & functions as well. 55+ community with NO BED TIME, ??? I love the place!!! “I cannot say enough positive things about the service and Maintenance Team here—they truly set the gold standard for apartment living. They are consistently the best and most reliable team I’ve ever experienced.

Whenever I submit a request, regardless of whether it’s a minor repair or a more complex issue, they are incredibly fast and efficient. They frequently resolve issues the same day, or within 24 hours, and their communication is excellent, providing updates on arrival times and completion status. Their dedication to fixing things right the first time saves so much hassle.”

“I live it here I love the people!!! Nice size apts with washer dryer in units! Numbered parking spot. Pretty peaceful for the most part but we have our moments sometimes too. Quiet enough to live comfortably, aside from loud engine sounds, which I love. You can hear the traffic from Auburn Way North, to me, just enough so that it feels alive, not like quiet in the woods or something, nice mix. Office ladies are AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Decent neighbors more or less, a lot of families. It's clean and kept up, regularly landscaped, pool cleaned, etc. Pool hours are very limited, no weekends, and weekdays are 10am-5pm, I believe. No one on call to supervise the swimmers, the office has to be open and it's not on weekends. There's an emergency maintenance # to call it necessary though.
And no, we do not get that funky smell from 277th Street, Thank God!! Lotsa rainbows! *:D .. Not super cheap but well below market value!!! Near shopping and gas stations on the corners and bus stop right on the corner! I'm so glad I found them!! *:D Kitties love too!”

“Did a great job of repairing the ventilation duct for a dryer. I had them show up at the same time as an appliance tech since we weren't sure what the root cause was. They could have sold me an entirely new duct, which the appliance tech recommended. Instead, they unblocked the duct, inspected it, determined it was fine and made a repair to prevent future issues. Would definitely call this company again.”

“The manager Emma and Assistant Manager Melissa have provided extremely fast professional and thorough assistance with my move in request. They respond almost instantly to every enquiry, and have been very polite, respectful and courteous. Their assistance is very very much appreciated in a day and age when customer services standards are not always so high. The have met and exceeded my expectations.”

“Katurah the office manager was beyond helpful and a blessing to work with during our impromptu move. We had very little time to get out of our old apartment and into our new one. I was amazed by her ability to navigate the stressful circumstances with grace. Katurah made my family feel very well taken care of, from the application process to move in, checking in to see if any maintenance requests needed to be made. Which she made sure to address immediately. I'm beyond grateful to have had her in my corner during these stressful times. Moving is never easy, but Katurah made sure it was for us! “Honestly I don’t know why this place doesn’t have higher reviews. I lived in the area for over a year. I love the downtown Auburn area. It’s close to everything and the downtown area has soo many fun activities. I always saw the Verge on my drive to my old apartment. After taking a tour the place has sooo many amenities that I haven’t found anywhere else. Car wash, dog wash, rooftop, theater, vending machine *NEW*, plenty of meeting areas, courtyard, everything is app based, too many things to list! They really do offer a lot.

The move in process was great! The staff has been very accommodating and welcoming, they even reserve you an elevator for your move in. I received a welcome gift on my first day. I've only been here a couple weeks and they already had fun activities for the residents including free baked goods! Thanks for making me feel welcome. Honestly have not been here long but really excited to be here and happy to have stayed in the Auburn area.”

“Let me first share how very sad my move out was for me and my family me, because I had to return my keys and my apartment. I loved living at Arbor Chase apartments. I can't say enough good things about the new management (Nicole and Eze) they truly care about Arbor Chase community. their level of efficiency, professionalism, and the perfect balance of family vibe is what I will miss the most. when ever my grandchildren would come visit and accompany me to the office they would get a snack and juice right at eye level for the children. If you start to leave the office before grabbing something they encourage everyone to grab a snack before leaving. Nicole and Eze have different themed events and invite all to stop in. They put on Halloween decoration and pumpkin contest. There was a hotdog, chips, and drink event with kid games to name a few. The rent is reasonable, the ground keeper is amazing, and management gives their full attention to everyone who the come in contact with. Thank you Nicole, Eze, and Arbor Chase team for the amazing experience.
The apartments location is a 2 minute drive from 167 and a 4 minute ride from I5.”

“I wouldn't move in here . Parking is really hard. The apartment elevator is dirty I don't want to touch anything same with stair case plus in the hallways where the elevator are is food all kinds of things that shouldn't be. Do not move in there ! They suck all the way around. You will regret it when u spend the first 2 weeks there”

“I have been living here about six months now and I just wanna say that the maintenance guy Roger is such a great asset to this apartment complex. he is always so friendly and has great mannerisms. He gets everything done and he doesn’t seem irritated by us like the other maintenance guy Walter. That guy runs when I have a maintenance request out and he sees me or he promises and never delivers, and I just absolutely love the ladies in the office”

“These apartments are the best mix of affordable and comfortable that we found in the area. We had a good feeling as soon as we pulled up to the office and the tour with Tiffany reinforced that. Tiffany was awesome, she was quick about getting back to us and was able to answer all of our questions. She made the move-in process fast and easy”

He asked me to put my cats away because they were bothersome while he was trying to work the first Day he returned the next day so I did put the cats in the room he said he would be there in the morning around 10 am he notified me around 12:00 he was done and my grandson could release the cats. My sink was in working condition when I got home. He responded to my call right away by text message and I really appreciate the quick turnaround!! ☺️”
