“Had an interesting move-in experience, but the texting line for maintenance/leasing questions has been super helpful. Had a bad experience the first day at the original unit I leased, and after expressing my concerns, the leasing staff was able to transfer my lease to a different unit which was HUGE for my roommate and I. Shoutout to Kyle and Lorenzo for helping immensely for that one. One thing I always look for is a smoke-free community, and although Cascadia advertises that they are smoke-free, it appears many residents simply don't care. I still smell smoke wafting into my unit from bathroom vents and open windows, which is pretty upsetting. As others have mentioned, parking is definitely an issue here. Lots of cars that don't rotate spots and stay in the lot for weeks, and I'm still waiting for an assigned parking spot. I will say, every maintenance request I've wrote in has been addressed relatively timely, and the units themselves are very nice for the price. It appears there's a lot of hand-over with staffing challenges so I'm hoping more of the issues that are raised get resolved soon. Overall, I find it to be a pretty decent complex so far!”

“I live it here I love the people!!! Nice size apts with washer dryer in units! Numbered parking spot. Pretty peaceful for the most part but we have our moments sometimes too. Quiet enough to live comfortably, aside from loud engine sounds, which I love. You can hear the traffic from Auburn Way North, to me, just enough so that it feels alive, not like quiet in the woods or something, nice mix. Office ladies are AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Decent neighbors more or less, a lot of families. It's clean and kept up, regularly landscaped, pool cleaned, etc. Pool hours are very limited, no weekends, and weekdays are 10am-5pm, I believe. No one on call to supervise the swimmers, the office has to be open and it's not on weekends. There's an emergency maintenance # to call it necessary though.
And no, we do not get that funky smell from 277th Street, Thank God!! Lotsa rainbows! *:D .. Not super cheap but well below market value!!! Near shopping and gas stations on the corners and bus stop right on the corner! I'm so glad I found them!! *:D Kitties love too!”
“Katurah the office manager was beyond helpful and a blessing to work with during our impromptu move. We had very little time to get out of our old apartment and into our new one. I was amazed by her ability to navigate the stressful circumstances with grace. Katurah made my family feel very well taken care of, from the application process to move in, checking in to see if any maintenance requests needed to be made. Which she made sure to address immediately. I'm beyond grateful to have had her in my corner during these stressful times. Moving is never easy, but Katurah made sure it was for us! Thank you so much miss Katurah!”
“The manager Emma and Assistant Manager Melissa have provided extremely fast professional and thorough assistance with my move in request. They respond almost instantly to every enquiry, and have been very polite, respectful and courteous. Their assistance is very very much appreciated in a day and age when customer services standards are not always so high. The have met and exceeded my expectations.”
“The Verge gets a 5 out of 5 stars from me. I'd give it a 10 if I could. My wife and I are moving in within a few weeks and the staff at the Verge could not have been any more accommodating. Their leasing specialist Dasha and Hannah are very knowledgable and extremely helpful. We toured the property and it has everything you could ever want and more. They keep up the property and when we asked a few residents who lived there, both had been there since opening and said it was the best place they'd ever lived. I would recommend the Verge to anyone.”

“Did a great job of repairing the ventilation duct for a dryer. I had them show up at the same time as an appliance tech since we weren't sure what the root cause was. They could have sold me an entirely new duct, which the appliance tech recommended. Instead, they unblocked the duct, inspected it, determined it was fine and made a repair to prevent future issues. Would definitely call this company again.”

“The manager Khadedra was awesome!! Very helpful & kind to our family when we applied & came in for a view of the apartment. She was kind to our 6 year old daughter in making sure she was ok by giving her coloring sheets & crayons to keep her occupied. Her hospitality made us have an enjoyable experience. We ended up getting into another apartment complex but we had hoped to move in to Arbor Chase because of Khadedra's warm personality. Will definitely refer family & friends to meet her & apply there!!! Thank you-The Fotu Family”

“My experience with the Watershed staff has always been pleasant. They are kind and helpful regarding any concerns or questions I have. But I really want to highlight how amazing Morris and Frank have been. They go above and beyond to help or fix any problems I have immediately. They are hard working, kind, and willing to help however they can. They are prompt with addressing any problems. You don’t have to wait days or weeks to get things fixed or deal with a sloppy quick fix. Beyond that they always go out their way to interact or greet my kids, putting a smile on their faces.
