“Scott and his team went above and beyond. I had them do a full PPF and ceramic coating, but there was a little blemish and they treated me well and got me in to fix it even though it was going to be a lot of work for them. He also gave me a ride nearby, which made things extremely convenient. You can tell they’ve been doing it for a long time and have a lot of experience which is why I chose them. Also, they do paint correction before putting on the film whereas the other guy who quoted me just washes the car. Doing a paint correction is the correct way to do it. Also, they gave really good recommendations for products to use to keep my ceramic coating looking good. Great service??.”

“Does the job! Love the initial wash the friendly staff do on the front and rear bumpers and windows before entering the wash. Truly needed with all the bug guts and mud/dirt that collects over time. Now if only they had dry towels at the end to wipe the car down it would be perfect.”

“I had a really positive experience at this auto repair shop and wanted to share it. I brought my car in for brake and rotor work, and when a noise came back afterward, the shop was incredibly responsive and took care of it right away. They re-checked everything, clearly explained what was going on, and honored the warranty without hesitation, even replacing parts at no cost to make sure things were done right.
What stood out to me most was the transparency and integrity throughout the process. The staff genuinely wanted to fix the issue, not just get it out the door. Pricing was very fair, communication was clear, and I always felt my car was in honest hands.

To be honest, my car was in rough shape. I used it for work, have a busy family, park under a tree that drops pine needles everywhere, and even had a drink spill all over the interior after a car accident. Jose’s team removed every bit of it and left the car looking and smelling fresh again.

“I would have given this place 5 out of 5 if not for the location. Getting in and out of this particular location can sometimes be challenging during heavy traffic times.
Otherwise I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location. The employees are always kind and helpful. The grounds always look well kept which is pretty impressive given this part of town.

“At all of my visits, I received outstanding customer service. My most recent visit, my license plate screws somehow fell off in the wash. The manager Sergio took his time to look for it; he gave me two dollars to go buy, new screws; and, he gave me a plate holder to put it my license plate plates.
I have never encountered such a professional manager at Brown beer. He was very personable; easy to talk to; and a genuine care for customers. One would think he went above and beyond, but it seems to be the norm for him. Definitely knows how to diffuse a situation. I wasn’t even upset, but he went out of his way and I greatly appreciate him!”

“My husband's car is filthy dirty he washes it twice a year. And anytime I drive it I like to have it washed. We pull up to One of the two lines to wash the vehicle. There's a really nice lady who stands outside and describes anything for us that we do not understand and makes recommendations if we ask her. I told her my car was really dirty and she said that if we felt the car was still dirty after we went through the car wash that we could run it through again for free. That was cool. I Paid for my car wash and moved forward. Another really nice lady had a paddle in her hand that Gave us the expected direction of when we should go which way to turn if we're outside the lane or inside the lane. Put your car in neutral and let the conveyor move your vehicle through the car wash. Inside there were multiple color lights which was entertaining with itself. When we got to the end of the car wash I was surprised at how clean it was. I really didn't want to take the time to run the car through the car wash again but it only needed a little bit more cleaning. It looked 80% better than it was. I was just happy it didn't look disgusting anymore. I would definitely go here again. It was one of the best carwashes I've ever been to, I especially love the fact that I didn't have to get out of my car.”

They will let you know if there is anything that caught their attention about your car before you go through. Ask for car freshner too, and they are happy to give it to you with no charge. “Rhonda is the best. I realized I lost my ring at the vacuums after I got home. She went and dug through the dust bins of 2 of the vacuums looking for it (it wasn’t in there). As a last effort I came and we looked through the trash and she found it! It had somehow fallen off my finger while throwing stuff away at the vacuums. She was so nice and understanding the whole time while I was stressed out like crazy trying to find it.”
“Signed up for the monthly plan. So far, pretty good. Cam was super nice and informative. The vacuums need to be serviced to ensure they ALL are operable. Sometimes it’s grid locked and you have to wait for a working station. Also, car fresheners should never run out!! It’s paid for and should be received at time of service.”

“As a rideshare driver working the airport runs, I am usually washing my car at two or three AM after my shift ends. Most self-serve places in the valley feel a bit sketchy that late, but the lighting here is stadium quality. I never feel like I have to look over my shoulder while I am vacuuming out the back seats, which is a major priority for me.
Equipment & Maintenance:
I am extremely picky about water spots because my Camry is black and shows every imperfection. The spot-free rinse setting here is the real deal. A lot of car washes in Kent claim to be spot-free but still leave mineral deposits that I have to buff out later. I can spray this down, drive off, and it dries perfectly clear without me having to towel it off every single time.
Payment Convenience:
I stopped carrying cash years ago and hate fumbling for change. The card readers on the bays actually work here and cycle quickly. It sounds like a small thing, but nothing is more frustrating than a broken reader or a coin jam when you just want to get home and sleep.
Final Verdict:
If you drive for work or just obsess over your paint finish, this is the spot. Just a heads up that the lot can get tight during the lunch rush because of the food truck, but if you are a night owl like me, it is the best setup in town.”

“My go-to for anytime car cleaning and washing needs - and I needs it a lot!! I appreciate and respect that despite the fact that lame people take advantage of their 24 hour accessibility and make a mess overnight that they have to clean up the next morning, they clean it and haven't punished the rest of us for the lame people who can't simply clean up after themselves. They stay open and straighten everything during their office hours. I only wish my usual location in Auburn had the shampoo machine too :( Mt carpets need some love haha”
