“I came in with a very unique situation. I came in wearing a pair of old Carhartt pants that I've never been able to find again. As I was browsing, Sky came up to offer help. Long story short, I found out I had an old design of women's pants. Sky helped me find alternatives in both men's and women's styles and I left with a really nicely fitting pair of pants and a tote bag. I did not walk in with any intention of spending money. I just wanted to see what a Carhartt store was like. Sky is awesome. Now that I am a Seattle resident, I found where I'll be buying all of my Carhartt ?”

“I had a vintage pair of frames with sentimental value that I had got replacement lenses for. I thought I had broken the frame while trying to swap out lenses. I called Oakley and the sales associate offered to give them a look in person. She was able to show me a simple way to swap the lenses, and maintain the integrity of the frame! I was very impressed and pleased.”

“Very kind staff and clean store, but they don’t have the gap athletic clothes anymore and that was a main reason that I came to this location. They do have a lot of staples and branded clothes and the prices are pretty OK, especially if you can hit it on a sale.”

“This was the best experience ive had at the mall in a very long tome.When I walk threw the door i was greeted by the most pleasant gal ever.She told me her name was Nitzia,and asked what she could help me with ,I told her I was looking for some shoe laces I told her the color and she said just black and white I told her no looking for blue,and turned around to leave ,and no sooner than I turned around ,she said don't move ive got you .I felt so releived I have been looking for blue shoes laces. I ended up walking out with a red tommy jacket that I could not resist. Lol it was 76 bucks and it was on sale, why not. I think that's the only good thing about the outlet mall, the sales lol. “I haven’t shopped in an Aeropostale in years, but after striking out at several other brands in this mall while shopping for a selection of much-needed new pants and tops, came across this store, and wandered in (mostly out of nostalgia and curiosity tbh). I am glad I did - not only was the store far more tidy and organized than any other brand I visited, but I found several excellent options for items I was looking for, and a few unexpected styles that I was really into. The sales they had going encouraged me to buy more than I planned to get, but I’m honestly blown away with how well Aeropostale came through for me. The sales associate who helped me was also extremely friendly, and I will definitely be back. They literally salvaged my experience at Southcenter single-handedly.”

I come monthly with Amazon returns and get something from time to time.
Today’s visit was a stand out of customer service with John greeting me as I walked through, Dan at the Amazon return desk, and then John again at check out.
Both were super friendly and pleasant, I actually enjoyed my visit.
So great job to them and being a great example of great customer service for your team and for your customers.
