“I came in with a very unique situation. I came in wearing a pair of old Carhartt pants that I've never been able to find again. As I was browsing, Sky came up to offer help. Long story short, I found out I had an old design of women's pants. Sky helped me find alternatives in both men's and women's styles and I left with a really nicely fitting pair of pants and a tote bag. I did not walk in with any intention of spending money. I just wanted to see what a Carhartt store was like. Sky is awesome. Now that I am a Seattle resident, I found where I'll be buying all of my Carhartt ?”

“Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”

“This was the best experience ive had at the mall in a very long tome.When I walk threw the door i was greeted by the most pleasant gal ever.She told me her name was Nitzia,and asked what she could help me with ,I told her I was looking for some shoe laces I told her the color and she said just black and white I told her no looking for blue,and turned around to leave ,and no sooner than I turned around ,she said don't move ive got you .I felt so releived I have been looking for blue shoes laces. “So remember back in the day everyone used to wear Tommy, Nautica and Polo? I still wear tommy but only the jackets lmao. I came in here with the intensions of not buying anything. I ended up walking out with a red tommy jacket that I could not resist. Lol it was 76 bucks and it was on sale, why not. I think that's the only good thing about the outlet mall, the sales lol. But this store had alot, I may swoop in for another jacket though lol. Priorities smh.”

“I LOVE having this store in the area I live. The sales are good and the staff is GREAT! Judith was extremely helpful today when I was buying a pair of capri's. She asked how they fit and I said a little loose which is what I prefer. She was honest and told me the Rainier pants do stretch and I may want to consider a size smaller. I tried on the smaller size and they fit nicely, though slightly more snug than I usually wear. Because of her help and honesty, I have a pair of capri's I'll be happy with in the longrun. My husband and I were out shopping together - a very rare occurance! - and I tried on various clothing items, just to get an approximate idea of correct size for those intended for gifts. I must admit, this was a lot of fun! And - shock!!! - my husband admitted the same enjoyment as I did! So, combining the nice selection of decent quality items, the helpful staff, and the great sale prices, we would give this shopping experience a 10, if possible!”
