“I have a big German shepherd which many people can be afraid of her. But Fairwood Plaza Animal Clinic treats her like the sweet girl she is! They are kind and gentle and always loving towards her! She has been going since she was 6 weeks old, she will be 3 in May. She hurt her elbow last year but was pretty stoic about it. The vet took his time assessing her and picked up on subtle body language to figure out what was going on. The medical care she gets is top notch!”

“One of my french bulldogs fell while trying to jump on the bed and dislocated his patella (knee cap). He had to have surgery and Renton Veterinary hospital was the most affordable. The doctors there were awesome and the surgery went well without any complications. The only issue I had was that Keno had to go back 5 weeks later to get the pins removed and that wasn’t included in the original quoted price. Besides that I was very pleased. One of the receptionist wasnt very friendly when we came in but the doctors were great. The receptionist attitude and the hidden extra cost is why i’m giving 4 stars. I would still recommend.”

While I was a bit nervous at first, the staff were all very friendly and compassionate during the scheduling, rooming, evaluation and treatment planning. “We brought in our very hyper and anxiety filled dog Bridgit in to be groomed. After warning the new groomer about our disabled Pom-Chu, I put the muzzle on her, told her we would be back and to be a good girl, knowing full well she wouldn’t be, told the groomer how we liked her to be cut and we left her. Turns out Bridgit “Loved her”! Bridgit didn’t need the muzzle and she received the best haircut ever!! I cannot express our relief and happiness, if you’re looking for a groomer who understands dogs, this is the place to go!!!,”

My dog is a rescue and is extremely anxious and reactive sometimes to both dogs and people. bringing him to a new vet is a very stressful experience for me. When I called to make an appointment, the staff let me know how they handle reactive dogs and what the waiting room process would be, which put my mind at ease before we even arrived. The staff took their time with us and gave my dog space and plenty of treats and gained his trust. Seemed like they all had plenty of experience with reactive dogs. I’ve really never had a better experience at a vet. Dr. Branch was so patient and I felt very confident with her approach to calming my dog down. I was so relieved, I literally almost cried tears of joy at check out.”
