“I was rear ended and needed to get the damages repaired. The insurance adjuster for the gentleman who hit me recommended Caliber Collision and so did my insurance company. Michael was able to provide an estimate that the insurance adjuster was also able to have and he took the time to explain next steps and the process that was going to happen. My car was scheduled for the next week and Caliber was in contact with me through texts with progress updates and even able to keep the insurance adjuster and the car rental company informed so I didn't have to worry about I ut anything. They were able to finish repairs faster than expected too. This was my first accident in 35 years of driving and I was so afraid of how long and time consuming it could have been. Caliber Collision staff were very clear and patient with me. They helped me through something that was new and overwhelming by making it easy for me to have my car repaired. “Scotty is a true master at his craft. I have called honda certified techs, ASE auto electric shops, online forums etc. Racking my brain and to get my older honda civic alternator to charge while installed in the car. Bench tested fine but in car, no worky. Come to find out the thru an old honda bulletin released years back, it is a grounding design flaw that burns out the PCM. This results in a no charge unless you replace the PCM, keys, ignition and reprogram them, all to the vehicle, nitemare. Needless to say Scotty "beamed me up" and watered my eyes. He took the time at his shop, on the bench and showed me how to feed wire it and make work. Once again a big big. Thanks !!!!”

“Late shout out to this family business, they made sure my vehicle came out as brand new since day one. It took 2-3months to get it done with no problem, and with few weeks had to waited until we got the whole money to bring out our car, and they charged storage fees which is understandable. I thank God for these loving people not only they give out options to help out but the owner I forgot his name waived my storage fees when the car got picked up. God knows it was stressful for us to make up to pay for the whole bill but I thank God for this young man, for waiving our storages fees and for also taking care of our car not only that they detailed before handed over. God bless this family business, I recommend this auto shop if anyone need their vehicle to get it fixed. Also customer service was on point glad to meet the owner as well as the parents they also offered to help out to get a mechanic to fix a problem with our tire, we are thankful to you all.
