“I've been staying here for almost two weeks now and let me tell you all about this hotel top tier customer service. From the manager Tasha and her team they deserve an award for their great top tier customer service. Tasha and her team went above and beyond for me and my little family every time. Room is clean with your microwave, small fridge and your TV. It is closed to some grocery store and fast food places and they offer shuttle to the airport and back and lets not forget the amazing breakfast they serve. Tasha i wished there is something else I can do to show you how appreciative I am for your goodness and loved shown to me and mines but May God bless you and your amazing team ten fold. Thank you so much.”

“Stayed here to be close to airport in order to catch an early flight. I scored on close, literally across the street from the terminal. My main two criteria for a hotel is quiet and clean. The newly renamed Skybridge checked those boxes. The shower is 4 star. Parking for $30 is a bit unreasonable in my opinion. Remodeling for the Rebranding from Crown Plaza hasn't started yet. It will be fun to see how they will be able to transform this hotel into this century. Biggest complaint would be a very outdated TV which I am sure will be upgraded in the remodel. If you're booking this expecting a new Skybridge, your expectations will come up short. It does score 5 Stars for being quiet, I slept undisturbed and for that, I would stay here again”

“Love this place. It's in the perfect location. The view of the lake is beautiful. The staff are all amazing. CHRIS the front desk agent was outstanding. He was very polite and patient while checking in and accommodating guest.”
“Our entire trip here was perfect! The front desk staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location was great and close to everything! In addition, we felt safe and the room was very clean. The breakfast had a little something for everyone (fresh fruit, pancakes, juice, great coffee machine, cereal, yogurt, etc). A nice touch was coming back to our room and seeing fresh cookies by the kitchen area for people. The kids looked forward to this every night! The workout area is nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend for families!”
“We stayed here on 12/7 to 12/8. I can't say enough good things about this place. Pool / Hot Tub were perfect. The breakfast was amazing. And both the staff who checked us in and checked us out in the morning were pleasant and friendly. STAY HERE!!”

“This place was really clean. I was surprised how neatly kept everything was for a Motel 6. All of the staff was super helpful with anything I needed help with. Taylor was very kind, friendly and a super positive attitude. It was nice to greeted by a welcoming person after traveling for hours. Her and the rest of staff made my stay very comfortable. “Beautiful historical property lovingly kept in amazing condition! We loved the location, the decor, the hand-painted murals, and the very comfortable bed and spacious room (we stayed in the suite). Breakfast was lovely as well, very tasty and filling, just know it’s served in the dining room “family style” so prepare to socialize a bit with fellow guests and the kind hosts. We would love to stay here again!”

“New and modern hotel with nice interior design. Caters more to the business crowd. Only 10 min from the Sea-tac airport by car although sadly 40 mins by public transit. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and so was the pillow. Our stay came with a free breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, which was very decent. Price was reasonable. This hotel is very close to REI and the Westfield Mall. Note that this is far from downtown Seattle so plan accordingly.”

“This is a hidden GEM!! The property is on top of a hill with great views and the area is very quiet and decent. The room was clean, everything worked, great kitchenette that includes dishes and pots/pans. The bed was very comfortable, queen size w/ 4 pillows! Jaypee, Kelle, Debbie and all the staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel welcomed!”
“Right beside a huge mall with lots of stuff to do. The woman in the front belondia was superrr nice and making us feel welcome. Breakfast is good wifi and pool and gym. Overall amazing”
“Very clean hotel with paid parking (18.00 night). Rooms are very clean. Plan on a lot of street noise as this is on a main area. Good shuttle to and from airport. Room prices are high for area but for a short stay are ok.”

“Typical Holiday Inn Express with typically high prices during High season for seattle. We like the location here near the Southcenter Mall where they have movies and restaurants galore. Deduct points for not having a hot tub here. Otherwise typical for what you'd find for about $200 a night less at other locations in the USA ,but we're not in other locations we're in Seattle in July.”

The housekeeping women here are exemplary and thank you for a great experience. Being able to enjoy a good rest & a laundry area accessible for guests without costs was cool. Thanks again. “We went there for New Year's Eve, and it was a lot of fun. A great place to gather with friends. Drinks were cheap and the food was good. Only problem was that it was really cold! I think their heating system was busted or something, because they had little space heaters all around the bar, which didn't really keep us warm. We had to drink hot water to stay warm (no other hot drinks were available).
Lovely, capable service and I think my friends all had a blast.”

“Better than expected, especially for a budget hotel. The shuttle driver was awesome, with quick pick up, very friendly and engaging. The check in girl friendly, held my luggage so that I could go explore, and made check in smooth. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast was standard budget hotel free breakfast, it was clean and ample food. Would have liked a bagel, but hey it was free and can't complain. Great stay and would recommend Sleep Inn to anyone needing a stay close to the airport! 4.5 stars”

“Me and my family were desperately looking for a room late at night. Making reservations online was not easy especially since we were tired. We started driving and finally after stopping at several places we drove upto the Sunset Motel. It was very affordable and it had a full kitchen that made it feel like home away from home. Check in only took about 8 minutes. The gentleman at the desk Drew was wonderful and very helpful. Also the name Sunset Motel agrees with this place because it faces Westward and has a beautiful view that you wouldn't expect within city limits. I look forward to going back someday.”
“Room comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable, bathroom spacious. Coffee simple to make and decent for a hotel room. Only drawback was the air conditioner -- room was freezing, and the a/c was unresponsive to the control panel (unable to shut off or adjust temperature).”
“Nice studio apartment style room with a mini kitchen. You only get secured wifi if you're a rewards member. Didn't know until checking in you have to pay $10/day for parking.”
“It's a quick ride to the airport or you could take the complimentary shuttle. You're a 5-minute drive from Costco in 10 minutes from quite a large mall”

“The parking is $16 which is kind of a bummer to me. But it is what it is Seattle area. Anyway so far so good they lost power so none of the digital stuff works currently from the 30th of march. So anyway we'll see so far nice place good ”
“We had a wonderful time! The property was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed a couple of kid free nights, cooking food on the bbq and hanging out in the hot tub. Wine glasses were provided ? along with all the other necessities. They even had warm bath robes for lounging after the hot tub and shower! The owners were also very nice. Kept to themselves while we enjoyed our stay, but were more than willing to help with anything we may have needed.Would definitely visit again!”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great! Especially the woman working the restaurant (It said Kris on the receipt) she was so friendly and kept checking in. The food was delicious! My one comment is the parking and location. I heard that there are multiple times people’s cars have been broken into in the lot. Not the hotel’s fault but something to be aware of.”

“No complaints. Amenities are not overly abundant but are perfectly adequate considering the great room rates. Examples include only 1 washer and dryer, 2 fitness machines, no alarm clock in room, limited vending machines, no elevator, front desk not attended 24/7 (have to dial a number for assistance). On the upside: rooms are clean, quiet, and functional, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. Small sauna available. Very close to marina and lots of restaurants and retail stores.”
