Our theme was white and green. But I wanted a touch of pink in mine (not too overwhelming or noticable, but just a little something for me) and the groom's boutonniere a little larger. Did not have a complete idea when I went in, but they did such a good job. Loved the mix of flowers to give it a nice variety and the subtle shades of different pink in my bouquet.”
“I had a small issue with my flower order, as the bouquet that was originally delivered was not the arrangement I had ordered. I called the florist to ask about it and provide some feedback, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They confirmed that the wrong order had accidentally been sent and corrected it at no additional cost.
I really appreciate how responsive and professional they were. They thanked me for reaching out and giving them the opportunity to correct the mistake, which I really appreciated.

“I just want to say thank you so much to Mclendon Hardware staff in Renton. You can tell this business is still family owned.
They were able to order the specific grill and model that I wanted to get. The grill arrived in one week which was way faster than I thought it would be. Bob called me every step of the way and also made sure that my boyfriend and I were confident in our purchase. Upon picking up the grill, we realized that our car was a little too small. No problems there because a gentleman named Kenny at Mclendons offered to deliver the grill for us the same evening. We paid for the delivery which I also thought was very reasonable. Kenny was very careful and kind upon delivery. We couldn’t have done it without Mclendons. Thank you guys!”
“Quick, easy, very friendly and knowledgeable! We had so questions about how much we needed and they helped us with that. But when loading the rock he ended up putting one kind on top of another when we brought tarps to keep them separated. So unloading has not been fun... But a great place if you need a lot of material.”

“This is a lovely down home plant nursery. There is a ton to see, including a mini river with ducks in it. There are plants of all shapes and sizes and some unique things that maybe I haven’t seen other places and then all the stuff you can get normally here in the Pacific Northwest. There is an indoor shop as well. The staff is super kind and available to help outand get you the best price. Prices seem to be in the reasonable range. There’s usually parking and wagons for you to load up all your plant goods on.”

“On Thursday I saw one of the highest level of customer service I've seen in my life from an employee named Melody. She was by herself at the self-checkout lane and it was crowded with customers. A Russian old man that doesn't speak any English at all have her occupied at the water tank area, at the same time 3 out of 4 of the customer in the checkout lane where waiting for employee assistance. The old man dragged it long enough that I can already see the level of impatient on the other customer's faces. I can tell one of them is already mad and is ready to complain as soon as she returns. After the old man was helped out, I watched Melody returns to the self checkout lane with zero frustration on her face, instead she approached the customer that seems the maddest with a smile warm enough that it's impossible for anyone to explode on. None of those customer ends up giving her any problems and I watch the lane gets emptyed out under the help of her professionalism.”
“I purchased a seated cedar raised bed, 4'x12',2'H. The product arrived in good condition, and, it was very easy to assemble. I did take a year of time to do so as I wanted to coat it with many coats of Tung Oil in an attempt to make it last a very long time. All parts were there, had no issues assembling, very pleased. Quality product at an attractive price. I will likely purchase a second one, but I see they are out of stock at this time. No hurry. I had made one out of redwood 20 years ago, and I'd have to say this one is better than the one I built, which was surprising to me as mine were pretty nice!”

“Such great customer service! whenever I had an issue, Home Depot’s customer service would genuinely show effort to find a resolution. Recently, I had an issue and a question that their customer team couldn’t find in the moment, but said they would follow up. Andrew went out of his way and called me and found a resolution for me days later. The issue wasn’t big at all, but the fact he showed that much effort and followed through said a lot about him and his team. I didn’t want this to be overlooked. Thanks Andrew! Will be coming back to Home Depot for all my business in the future!”
“Make sure you check on who's doing the work and stay involved in whatever home Depot touches not saying it's going to be a bad job but the more you're involve the more the worker feels that they are going to be checked up on and want to do a good job no cut corners and I saw that follow through just words of advice.”
“I purchased a carpet to have it installed from home depot. The brand was hom solution. The quality of the carpet from hom solution brand was excellent but the team was a hard one to deal with.
Adelle and her team at the flooring department at home depot helped expedite and had my back dealing with the third party installers. They even went above and beyond to offer compensation for the trouble we had to get it installed.
Despite of the trouble my wife and I went through I would go back there again knowing home depot has excellent services.”

“I ordered an oversized mirror and had it sent to this location. Ted from delivery was SOOO helpful in getting my mirror loaded up in my vehicle. The mirror was very large and would not fit. He went above and beyond by using his own personal rope to help me get the mirror in and securely tied down. I'm a single woman and I don't have family locally to help me so this really meant a lot to me and made my night. Thank you so much Ted for your awesome customer service!”

“Rented a aerator and thatcher. I was told I could not use the U-Haul trailer that had already been rented. Because of some insurance issues they had in the past. After getting a manager involved and pointing out a customer loading the same equipment onto a makeshift trailer of plywood and metal frame and two little tiny tires. The manager gave his approval.”

“I'm Happy! Tropical Canna plants finally arrived, after an early cold Spring. Called yesterday and was connected to Dennis in the Garden Department at the Tukwila store. He was very pleasant, and as he was walking through the yard, asked other sales agents for the Tropical Canna. Excitedly, he informed me they had "lots" of them and remarked, yes, beautiful red leaves. I was in the store an hour later; purchased 6 (and other plants!) This year, all the plants looked healthy!!
