“My wife and I needed somewhere to keep our stuff while house hunting. We originally chose this place because the units were accessible until 11PM every night and the only free time I had during the move was late in the evening. Every time I was able to drop boxes off after dinner or grab something out of a box before bed, I was thankful that we did.
Also, every time I needed to talk to the staff, from move in to move out, they were exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, they made keeping our stuff stored safely the least stressful part of a relatively stressful move and for that I will always be grateful.”

“They were fast and knew what they were doing. The truck (a 16ft box) was in good shape and modern. Easy to drive. It had a back up camera that could double as a rear view mirror. Bluetooth, mileage and fuel usage display. All Siad and done i was happy. It was a little pricey though. And the one we went to is out in the port. You might not want to go with the after hours drop. It is a little creepy donw there at night.”

“Penske truck rentals are the absolute best, second to none. Customer service A+ I have never experienced customer service elsewhere on a consistent basis such as Penske employees. Honestly it's top tier, trucks and moving accessories aren't outdated raggedy and old.. rental rates on trucks and vans are not overpriced because of lack of trucks or vans, they always seem to have plenty and I have never been turned away because of a shortage. Moving comes with many challenges so if you like great customer service and up to date trucks vans moving accessories such as dollies with straps etc, I highly recommend you use Penske truck rentals, not going to throw shade at any companies in particular but will say Penske is the absolutely the best all around!”

“Rented a 10 ft truck for several hours on 5/17/25. Straightforward service, nice staff, no issues. Note that they do not have parking on site if you need to leave your car behind but there's plenty of street parking around. Only mentioning it in case it's important to someone. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you.
Edit to add that the gas caps do not lock as it was also mentioned in another review. Again, not an issue for our use, but may be important to someone needing to leave the truck unattended. We took photos and video of the truck, mileage, and gas gauge before we left the lot as we do with any rental.”
“I picked up the box truck myself. Easy checkout online, by text. The employees were awesome. I used the night drop to drop keys, that night, and return the van. They made it easy for this 65 year old woman to do this herself. Clean truck. Doing all the paperwork online was the best! The price was very reasonable. The process and staff, made this a good experience, all the way around!”

“It was quick and easy to walk in off the street with no kind of reservation and rent a 10 foot U-Haul truck for the majority of the day. I needed the truck to go from Kent to shoreline and there was no problem. There was no problem getting all the questions I had answered right there on the spot. They had several U-Haul trucks in stock,so told them approximately how far I needed to go and they told me how much it would cost per mileage,which was $1.50/mile plus $19.95 to rent the truck for the day. I just had to have the truck back by 4:30pm to the place I rented it,with at least a quarter tank of gas in it. Which is what I got it with.
So I rented the truck about 10:30am and had it back by 4:45pm that day with the same quarter tank of gas in it when I left. I did go over the 75 miles i said I was going to go by 15 miles,so it cost me another $15 more than expected,but at the end of the day. I was happy and would rent the U-Haul truck again. There were also 2 dogs in the premises. They were both really cool animals and the bug mix just wanted his ball thrown for him several times while I was there. Which btw i was more than willing to throw the ball for the dogs”
“Even though the company over the phone kept not logging my move correctly which led to multiple set backs, Yvette at this location helped me out so much and did an amazing job finding my U-Box, setting the trailer up, getting me on my way, on top of managing all the work as the only employee there this afternoon. So a huge THANK YOU Yvette!!”
“Best U-Haul location I’ve ever been too. Always friendly with the 3-4x we have used this location. Yesterday, I thought I had rented a 20 ft truck through the app but the app had kicked me to the west Seattle location. I arrive for the scheduled time and the employee was leaving for lunch when she saw me. She came back in and that’s when I realized my reservation was in west Seattle. I wouldn’t have been able to make it there and on time for the item pick up, but the employee got me set up with a truck that was scheduled later in the day. She was awesome and really went out of her way to help me out even though it was my mistake.”
“a great place to rent storages, cars and everything you need for moving, and especially for working here. i worked in this fasility for more than 9 years, a great work team and the best manager I have ever worked with. (Steven Ervin) is just a super talented leader, attentive, responsive, respectful, able to inspire and support, be both cheerful and in moderation strict, knows how not only to take care of the rating of the company, but also to people. In his young years he is able to be a real example for the team. I am glad that I was part of this team with such a wonderful leader.”
