We originally chose this place because the units were accessible until 11PM every night and the only free time I had during the move was late in the evening. Every time I was able to drop boxes off after dinner or grab something out of a box before bed, I was thankful that we did.
Also, every time I needed to talk to the staff, from move in to move out, they were exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, they made keeping our stuff stored safely the least stressful part of a relatively stressful move and for that I will always be grateful.”

“I will forever rent from this company!! They treated me with such respect and the process was unbelievably smooth! The truck was so easy to drive, new and had a lot of get up and go! I rented a 16’ truck and honestly it felt more like I was driving my mazda3 as opposed to a cube van! One thing I wished I had noticed before I was on my way back dropping it off was the convenient backup camera that shows in the rear view mirror! What a brilliant idea! But now I know for the next time I have to rent a truck! You’ll definitely have happy hauling in your next move if you rent from Penske versus UHaul for sure! Well done Penske!”
“Lost my wallet in a sub truck that I turned into Tacoma Washington, before I realized I left my wallet in the truck I had turned the truck in. They said they looked for it but not sure how hard they looked because there are places in the truck my wallet could be so a very close inspection of the interior of the vehicle is required. I still haven't found my wallet so I'm 99% sure it's still in that truck.”

“I did online check-in, got my truck almost instantly, and was on my way. The truck has a minor mechanical issue, but they had roadside assistance on-site to my location in 45 minutes.”
“The only thing I can think of would be to provide guidance pamphlets. For example for hotels near by, donation locations, waste facilities, churches? Possible destinations to make the most out of the rental time with the least amount of milage.”
“This was one of the best experiences I have had. We have a 3000 miles trip from Washington state to Florida. Stanislav and the rest of the crew were really polite and friendly. We had to install the whole assembly so we could haul 5x8 trailer from U-Haul and it would not have been done if it was not mainly for Stanislav. We thought we lost another day, time and money but he made it super quick and easy. We dropped it off and picked it up super fast. I want to say big THANK YOU to you and the rest of the team. Great business and great customer service.”

“Rented a newer model Silverado in excellent condition that towed our trailer with ease. Online rental system is clunky but it worked: took ~10min from arriving at the location (they geofence in the app and website) to getting the keys. The staff is very friendly! It's a busy location so expect a line if you need to go to the counter. We've used this location several times and they are seemingly constantly getting new vehicles, including some box vans with backup cams (finally!)”

“Very well run. The staff is friendly and very efficient. The location is well organized and clean inside and out. We are U-Haul fans, and this is the best run U-Haul I have been to. Highly recommend. Note: like virtually every U-Hail, they don’t offer parking for your personal vehicle, so plan ahead. Google Maps street view is very helpful.”
