“I'm posting a review on the food court. Particularly the pizza. I'm truly surprised of the taste and cost of pizza. Today was the second time going to Costco just to get their pizza. I like the cheese pizza the best over the pepperoni. ( the only two kind they have) when ordering there they have been pretty fast on making them! The pizzas are Big! Well worth the price! Which is under 10 before tax. I actually think it has become my go to place for pizza! The employees there are friendly and you can tell work hard ! It looks as though they are always working and on their toes! The food court looked clean and stocked too!”

“Fresh coffee, clean bathrooms, courteous and friendly staff. Propane is cheapest I've seen at 2.99/gal. The hot food is fair, drink selection is vast, and the coolers (beer fridge) is kept at 36° all the time. The pumps always have squeegees and fluid, paper towels, and not open 24 hours, but one of the best gas stations this side of the Mississippi.”

“This is a great place to stop for gas or anything convenient. The location is great, and parking is easy-going, although it doesn't always feel like a safe area, depending on the time of day. The store is always clean, gas prices are reasonable, and the staff is always polite.”
“The self serve dog washing station only takes $1's and $5's. It's also a $10 minimum which is not what is posted. The shampoo bottle is there to use but the nob for shampoo and deskunk doesn't work. The super dry works okay. You'll need more than $10 to fully wash and dry your pup though.”

“Wallet was stolen in a break in at my home in Olympia, WA and have been dealing with identity theft issues and non stop debit card issues, due to the break in. I get to the 24 hour PX gas station on North Fort after a long day of work and try to use my virtual debit card and it says “declined”. Plenty of money on said card, yet the Apple Pay was not working. Needless to say, the manager of the store KHALID went above and beyond and came out to the pump, swiped his card and put $20 in my Jeep’s gas tank to get me home! HOOAH to you Khalid!! Thank you thank you! You are the man!! Cheers to you and your family brother and good luck and stay safe over seas brother. (SHAKA EMOJI)”
“For a small shoppette, this place has a lot of variety. They have a small, neatly kept place for hot food and drinks. The aisles are small but fully stocked. They have a nice selection of items and they have two self-checkout lanes. They have three lanes for fueling and in no time at all I was on my way. Very positive experience!”
“They the only ones the keep Garcia Vega Game Cigars in stock. They will always be my favorite gas station because I requested that brand of cigars one time. And they kept them ever since. They do listen to feedback.”

“I had a flat tire that needed urgent replacement, and Shell in University Place off Bridgeport Way came to the rescue. Even though they were closing in 20 minutes, Jim, the technician, went above and beyond to help me out. It's rare to find a business that is willing to take the time before closing to assist customers, but that was not the case here. Jim was incredibly polite, thankful, and genuinely appreciated our business.
What impressed me even more was Jim's attention to detail. He noticed that we needed to replace the lugnuts because the previous owner had installed different ones. This level of care and expertise is what sets Shell apart.
As an added bonus, Shell offers gas pumping service, making the entire experience convenient and efficient. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and I will definitely be returning for any vehicle work needed in the future. I highly recommend Shell in University Place for their exceptional service and customer care.”
