βSuch a convenient little spot. Clean, always stocked on things. If you want a decent hot pizza, really good. I would recommend extra cheese tho. The chicken wings are pretty decent. We love the older younger gentleman there and he probably runs circles around everyone else there. Only minor complaint, keep your iced coffee machines stocked. That is all lolβ

βThis place is real busy and the lines get long. When I first saw it busy, I thought something was happening and I missed the news. On a busy day, yes, it looks like people are gassing up and heading for the hΓ¬lls! LOL
I haven't had the opportunity to gas up, but I bet those prices are phenomenal!!!β
βHave my car vacuumed and wash here for a good amount of time and it never disappoints. Plus the staff are friendly and always upkeep with place to make it look clean and welcoming.β

βI can't exactly put my finger on it...But I love this gas station...? The cashier's are all usually fairly nice & their gas prices too!..It gets a little hectic & pretty busy at the worlds regular "to & from" work hours. So if u gotta go inside, the line time can be a longer then what u think it'd be...BUT!..It's awesome that the tire air-up machine has always been in working condition every time I've went to use it!..???β

βI tried this gas station on my way north to visit family. The price was good. Under $4. When on a road trip, I try to avoid stops which are far from the freeway or difficult to get back onto it. This wasn't bad at all, and there was no wait for gas.β

βThe five stars are literally only for the price of the gas as this is one of the cheapest in Tacoma. It is also at the end of Portland avenue just off the I5 and across from the Emerald Queen casino. Other than all of Hosmer, this is one of the worst parts of town. Good news is it's pure crack-head entertainment while you wait for the slow pumps to fill your tank. Lock your door while you pump!β
βThis is my favorite stop for all things, groceries and gas. The staff is always so friendly and the location is clean and well stocked.Recently they blew my mind, when I accidently left my wallet and Margie reached out by phone and Facebook to get it back to me. :-) happy customer..β

I've been a loyal Safeway customer for years, and one of the biggest reasons I stick with you is the fuel points program. But since moving to Tacoma, Iβve noticed that none of the Safeway gas pumps here allow customers to redeem their points at the pumpβyou have to go inside and ask the cashier. Itβs inconvenient, especially when other locations Iβve lived in, like Bellevue and Bothell, have fully functioning systems that let you redeem points directly at the pump.
This might seem like a small issue, but it adds upβand it feels like another example of how Tacoma, a lower-income and more diverse city, is often overlooked when it comes to basic upkeep and customer experience. Why is this acceptable here, but not in wealthier, whiter neighborhoods?
Itβs not a good look. Iβm asking Safeway to address this directly and bring Tacoma locations up to the same standard. Tacoma deserves better.β

βGas is usually less expensive here. The food mart is large with a greater variety of foods than a typical gas station. The whole area (outside at the pump and in the food mart) is VERY clean, including the bathrooms. The car wash does a great job.β

βUpdating review. Customer Services reached out almost immediately and offered a coupon for another wash. I was also unaware of their policy that you can go through again if the car wasn't cleaned the first time. I will say that I've been through other washes with similar dirt and bird droppings, and only had to go through once. But aside from the hassle of having to go through multiple times, at least they do let you go through until the car is clean.β

βThis has been my go to for gas with the lowest price in my area besides driving to Costco in Puyallup. Quick in and out plus we get to use our Safeway rewards to bring down the price.β
βLove I can use my Safeway points to get a discount on gas. I usually only get gas at Safeway because their prices are reasonable and the gas is always good. I definitely recommend checking them out.β

βThis corporate location almost always gives us good service...but really the 5-star rating is mostly about them not having that stupid 40Β’ upcharge wl just for using a debit or credit card. Not sure about you but I can't stand those stupid little extra fees.
Convenience stores are money makers ?. I just wish other stores should follow their example bc the nickel and dimeing customers in every way possible is kinda getting old. Even if they just raised their prices a couple of percentage points instead of the stupid fee it would feel a bit less punitive and petty...lol.

βThe owner of Prime Gas Station is incredibly kind and welcoming. After getting gas, I accidentally lost my wallet just outside of the store and was unable to find it for hours. The owner took the time to let us look through the security footage, and was extremely patient and empathetic even as we asked to rewatch it a few times. I was flying out of town the next day, so I was extra stressed at not being able to locate it. We did eventually find it!!! All that being said, I want to thank him so much for everything he did to help. Everyone should support this business!β

βI have to say, this was an above average AM-PM. The food was fresh, the drinks cold, and the staff friendly. Not really much else to say other than that this is probably the best convenience store for a few miles around.β

βFeels like an eerie area at night but I've never had a problem. Gas is good and the clerks are nice. People are friendly. Good stop on the way home from school at night.β
βA good place to wash your car and tidy up the interior. Several car wash options are available, and even the basic package is usually sufficient. There are several self-service areas with free vacuum cleaners and trash cans, and you can also get cleaning fluid to wash the car by hand and a clean damp cloth to clean the interior or wipe off any stains that the car wash didn't remove. The prices are good, I use this car wash.β

βThis is a great place to stop for gas or anything convenient. The location is great, and parking is easy-going, although it doesn't always feel like a safe area, depending on the time of day. The store is always clean, gas prices are reasonable, and the staff is always polite.β
βI go out of my way for this station. It's never too busy to get a pump and they don't have those vape catchers on the pump that nutritiously makes the pumping stop short or pop out while pumping.β
βThe best family owned neighborhood store. Very friendly and supportive of the community. Highest recommendations. When ordering a freshly made gourmet sandwich at thrift prices, tell the lady you want orange cheese.β

βFor a small shoppette, this place has a lot of variety. They have a small, neatly kept place for hot food and drinks. The aisles are small but fully stocked. They have a nice selection of items and they have two self-checkout lanes. They have three lanes for fueling and in no time at all I was on my way. Very positive experience!β
