“We’ve been long-time customers at this storage facility and recently downsized to a smaller unit. We worked with Traci to find a new space and she was very nice and professional. As it turned out, we didn’t lock our new unit properly after storing our things in there and Traci called to inform us. Had she not checked on our unit, it would have remained unlocked for months until we had a reason to come back. Overall, this is a well-maintained storage facility with great employees!”

“Very friendly and Fast to help secure a Storage Unit. OMGEE--Zion is so funny and friendly. Really like him and makes you feel very welcome. Very knowledgeble and informative. “It's a nice facility, prices are generally pretty fair, maybe increased 50% gradually over a couple years compared to doubling much quicker at other companies.
Pros: secure, you can share access without a physical key, nice carts, clean
Cons: checkout procedure could be posted on a wall or be triggered by the checkout option on the app, burying it in the terms of service is kind of annoying. They did credit me back the month I was charged after vacating, however.”

“The Narrows Marina is a good place Moor your boat, even for 1 night or 2 weeks. It has a gas dock. And also has a pump out station for the boat. It also has a lil store and a couple of restaurant's and beer. Don't drink but it has it if you do drink beer.
Update: still a great place to dock your boat gas dock still good. They make their own beer”

I drove in with a PENSKE truck and went to my unit, there was one little problem while leaving, the Exit gate was locked, I had to back this Truck all the way out of the Back side of Facility. The day of the move Allwest arrived promptly and with friendly and considerate staff. The move from start to finish was done with expertise and professionalism (and a bit of humor)! “Great place! Great management and great prices!! Part of the property has a fence that has a gate that closes and takes a key card to get in after hours. Property is always well taken care of and has cameras for security. They offer business spaces as well to rent.”

“I've been using Century 21 Self Storage in Lakewood Washington for well over 5 years now. I can get to my storage unit as late as 10pm at night. It's close to JBLM(Joint Bases Lewis and McCord) and in between two freeway exits. The well known I-5 freeway, from the State of Washington, through Oregon and yep, even California. The perfect location to store years and even decades of memories. Smaller to larger units are available to choose from. This facility is equipped with an on-site clean restroom, with guess what? A mirror, a clear mirror with no graffiti. LOL! It's true though. Personalized coded gate entry and 24 hour surveillance, covering units and entire lot. If you're looking for a safe place to store your belongings, this is the place. The staff is awesome and are very kind when answering their phones during business. This place is kept clean, including the landscape. It's a great storage place and I recommend it 100%. Try Century 21 Self Storage 1st. You won't regret it. Military personnel? Here's your answer. “Our military PCS has been super stressful. The four gentlemen who came to drop off our household goods were fast, efficient and cautious of our belongings and our home. The lead guy was very communicative and they ensured I inventoried every piece of furniture and every box coming inside. “This place is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been with them now 3 months and have needed a couple different accommodations so far without issue. Let’s see… 1st they gave me a super awesome deal with price because I didn’t have a lock and normally that’s an extra $20-30 anywhere else but nope they GAVE me a brand new sealed one free. Then because I’m forgetful I left my key about 50miles away and they said they would help me out with a new lock and cut the old one off. I felt to bad so I ended up going to get the key but they were willing to help me without issue. Then I wanted to switch units to a smaller one which at my old storage place “public horrage” was a nightmare and the main reason I left them because they wanted me to close down my account and then become a new renter again setup a new account REPAY the admin fees new lock etc and weren’t even willing to help me find a new unit I could afford and expected me to do all this same day. NOPE! At storage land they helped me with everything and even gave me 5 days to move my stuff with the only expense change was for them because it cost me NOTHING and save me $40 a month. I can’t say they do this all the time for everyone but what I can say is I know they help people NOT lose their things because I’ve seen it personally many times. Every time I’m in there they are talking to someone who needs this or that and I NEVER hear an argument it’s always the person at the counter bending over backwards to help them find a solution. GREAT JOB GUYS! Don’t look elsewhere for storage needs you definitely are at the right place if you come here. Seriously I’ve had MANY MANY different units in my life and this place is a godsend! Tell them Justen sent ya lol!”
