“The pharmacy takes to lonh to fill presriptions. Telling that they br ready the next day is ridiculous especially when the doctor wants you to start right away or you have to find someone to go there the following day since you don't have a car”
“I do the majority of my shopping here and I have never had a problem. Worst case scenario, you have to wait a minute or two to use the self-checkout. Every employee I have interacted with through my years of shopping here has been friendly and more than willing to help with anything. The staff really does make the store that much better.”
“Best pharmacy ever! Best retail staff too! Everyone there works so hard while being friendly and helpful. Management must be great! I really appreciate the pharmacists who are so helpful and kind. When checking out upfront, the cashiers are always there or quickly there. I am concerned that some of the shelves are empty which gives the appearance that they will be closing. I sure hope not! If they aren't closing, maybe they should redesign some of the aisles so that those upfront are always full. Still, great place for meds and other stuff.”

“I have had zero issues using this pharmacy. I have been using them for my mother’s prescriptions for years. I wish they had a drive thru, but that is just a luxury. My mom’s meds are always ready to pick up on time. If I have a new prescription, I call ahead so I don’t have a wait. If I have any questions the pharmacist is always happy to answer them. I give them 5 ***** for great service. I have tried other pharmacies before I started with Fred Meyer, and it was always problem, after problem. I was thankful this one was a keeper!!”

“This is for the pharmacy department. Having just had a terrible experience getting vaxxed at the Issaquah branch, I'm motivated to give my local branch the good review they deserve. They are rarely swarming with customers, so it's usually not much of a wait (goes for the drive-through as well). The staff is polite and friendly; I have a lot of prescriptions and when something does go wrong (usually because of my insurance), they are very helpful in figuring out the issue. I'm very glad that this is my local pharmacy. I only wish they had Covid vaccine appointments available!”

“I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews. We moved to the Sammamish area 8 months ago, and this has been the best pharmacy we’ve used—hands down—compared to four others we tried. The team is always helpful and welcoming, gets our prescriptions ready quickly, and takes the time to answer all my questions. They’ve even offered to call my doctor, clinic, or insurance to get things sorted without delay.
We also love the mobile app—it’s easy to use and makes ordering medications simple. Thank you to the entire team for doing such a great job. No one asked me to write this review—I’m doing it because you truly deserve the recognition.”
