“Brought my 2014 F-150 EcoBoost to Sterling for an intermittent shudder and loss of power going over a pass — the kind of comes-and-goes problem that’s easy to misdiagnose. Jason Koster nailed it. He traced it to a boost-side EVAP check valve issue and actually tested it with a gauge instead of guessing and throwing parts at it. Fixed quickly, priced fairly, and it’s obvious he knows these EcoBoost engines inside and out. I run a business myself and appreciate honest, competent work — this was exactly that.
