“I go for the new one and immediately the mileage has been improved by 20% for my Honda Accord. The job was not smooth at first, because a warning (TCS) light was shown on the dashboard, however the team helped reset it with their scanner tool. The manager, David is easy to work with and problem solving oriented. One suggestion, if the battery is new, I would expect a manual and proof of new batteries are in the enclosure, that makes the purchase a peace of mind. It is not available.”

“I had a new battery put in my 2011 Leaf in January. When it died on the road yesterday when my friend was driving, I had to have it towed to my house. I called Greentec and they sent a technician to me to diagnose the situation. Joe showed up and was truly interested in diagnosing the problem. He was knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain his process and diagnosis. He didn’t want payment but instead wanted me to call him later to verify his diagnosis. They have some knowledge behind the counter there. Now days that's hard to find. Must be some good leaders there, atleast it feels like it.”

“I had purchased headlights for my Kia Forte back in April of 2023. Somehow in November 2023 they got burnt out. Luckily I kept the receipt and went back to Batteries Plus with my old box and bulbs. The manager was able to help me get a replacement set since the lights were under a two year warranty. He was able to help me out and give me new lights so I didn’t have to go online through the manufacturer website and wait. He and the associate were very nice and helpful. Really appreciate the service and the ability to help me with my problem quickly. Will be coming back for another other needs.”

“Just had a rather old Cruising Electric marine alternator rebuilt here and they did an excellent job for a very reasonable price (far less than a replacement would have cost). It needed brushes, a diode, new bearings, a bit of bead blasting and of course to be fully tested. Todd did the work and clearly knows this tech. Google driving directions were a bit wrong so just look for the little business park next to Boeing Field when you get close. You can ship to them if you don't live in Seattle.”

“I was a little skeptical about going here because some of the reviews aren't very good. I did, however, need a battery fast and a cheap one. I pulled up and went inside. Nobody was there. Not even two seconds later, a man walks in, welcomes me, and away we go. I picked out the more expensive battery ( still cheaper than anywhere else), and they put it in and had me on my way in less than 10 min. It happened so fast I couldn't believe it! They might have gotten some bad reviews, but they won't get one from me. They were super! Up up and away!”

“Needed a new A/C Blower Motor for my 2012 Ram 1500 V8 5.7 Hemi they had one in stock, which was awesome!! Old one has been ticking for sometime, replaced it this morning, perfect fit like the OEM and all I’m hearing is the blowing of the air no more annoying tick. Best part is it has a life time warranty through O’Reillys which you can’t beat, so I wouldn’t have to purchase another one if this unit goes bad.”

“Tiffany was my savior when my flashing engine light came on at 7p on Labor Day towards the end of an 8-hour road trip and no other nearby shop would run diagnostics. "We don't go outside at night because it's a bad area" said at least one grown man at a different shop to a panicking 20-something year-old woman stranded over an hour from home just as the sun was beginning to set. Meanwhile, Tiffany came out and helped without a second thought (even as it ACTUALLY grew dark outside). She knew almost immediately what we were dealing with, and discussed the issues -- known engine manufacturing issues with Hyundais, buyers beware! -- with me, pulled up the technical service bulletins and walked me through some of the info there, recommended a handful of local mechanics, commiserated, and helped make sure I could get home safely and knew what my next steps were! She turned a frightening situation into something manageable -- genuinely a hero!”
