“I go for the new one and immediately the mileage has been improved by 20% for my Honda Accord. The job was not smooth at first, because a warning (TCS) light was shown on the dashboard, however the team helped reset it with their scanner tool. The manager, David is easy to work with and problem solving oriented. One suggestion, if the battery is new, I would expect a manual and proof of new batteries are in the enclosure, that makes the purchase a peace of mind. It is not available.”

“Pat is amazing. We had one of our wipers malfunction in the middle of sudden rainstorm. Pat came out and fixed it for us right quick. So kind of him for going above and beyond his job description. “Came in and worked with Ira who was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Ira told me what all the numbers meant for my battery and we decided on a 640 cold cranking amp battery. Unfortunately the one that we picked out we got the wrong size for. while Ira was switching it out another gentleman came over, took the battery and switched it for one with much less cold cranking amps without explaining to me which battery we were using. I never saw the battery and he never explained to me which one he got. I thought it was a one-for-one swap just the correct size. Ira was great tho and my car runs again.”
