Joe was very thorough in his assessment and informed me that I had three tires that matched and one that didn't, which was ten years old. He recommended that I get new tires and even helped me schedule an appointment for that same day. I was impressed by Joe's attention to detail and his concern for my safety.

My brother in law recommended discount tire in Bonney Lake. I arrived in the morning around 8:15. Sarah T greeted me when I got in and I told her that I had a leaky tire. s
She said let's go out and take a look. She scan all the tires, looked for the leak, got the mileage and my vin that kind of stuff. We went back inside, she entered everything into the computer and told me it would be about an hour wait. I was concerned that she was taking all the information just to fix the flat. They exceeded my expectations, the wait time was shorter, they said they found a screw in the tire and repaired it. “I called to schedule for a Saturday appointment which Jeremiah informed me was him making an exception because the shop is extremely busy on that day. I needed an inspection and quote for rear brakes and rotors amongst a couple of other recommended items I received from the dealership. Jeremiah made it easy for me to make a decision to have his shop work on my vehicle. Great customer service, beat the dealership prices and I was back on the road within 3 and a half hours, not only rear brakes and rotors but also front brake pads, rotors, air filter, cabin filter, and brake fluid flush. Thanks again for making the exception scheduling my appointment I was able to get everything I sought out to get done and remained within budget. Be advised, it's impairative to schedule an appointment ahead of time. This is a busy location.”

“Great hole in the wall place. It's not much too look at. Don't be turned off. They do good work for a fair price. I got a new used truck with loud flowmaster mufflers. I wanted it toned down. I drove there on a whim for an esrimate. Instead they did the work for a more than fair price and I was on the road in an hour. Hard workers and nice little shop for tires and exhaust.”

Turns out I needed all 4 tires and they didnt have them in stock but they were able to get the tired from a different location pretty quickly and I got me on my way.
