“My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Campbell Volkswagen. The sales experience was pleasant and professional with no pressure. We reached an agreement on price and wrote a check for the vehicle.The real story begins once we left the lot with the vehicle. When we got on the freeway and got up to speed, the transmission started making such a racket we almost turned around on the spot to bring it back. We decided to take it to our mechanic to determine the problem.It turns out we test drove it in 2WD and never checked out the 4WD. The transfer case was failing and needed to be replaced.We contacted our salesperson right away and brought the vehicle back the next morning. Their sevice manager drove it himself and agreed that it had a problem and should never had been sold in that condition. They offered to take the vehicle back and tear up the check or reduce the price and have us take care of the repair ourselves.The vehicle was otherwise in superior condition so we opted to take it at the lower price and have it repaired ourselves.The entire episode was professionally handled with concern and fairness. They were exceptional! Thank you team!”

“Great small business with amazing attitude. I didn't know much about canopies and walked into the store and was immediately greeted and helped the proper way by asking the right questions. I knew exactly what is right for me within minutes and they worked hard to find the parts necessary to get the work done very fast. I came back within a week to get it installed and they showed great honor when they didn't charge me extra for the more expensive canopy they put on my car that was delivered in place of my original order. Although I offered them to pay, they insisted on holding their part of the deal that they had made. Nowadays, such honor and service is rare. Strongly recommend.”

“I've been a long-time customer, first when it was Magic Toyota, and now Swickard. I was a little apprehensive when ownership changed; Magic had always been great. I purchased 2 Toyotas and had years of great service. I recently had my RAV4 serviced here, and a small issue came up; the service department handled it like champs. First Khing and then Matt followed through and resolved it; not only was my issue resolved, they handled it professionally and communicated courteously throughout. I've always had great, uneventful interactions with this location; but it was reassuring to be taken care of so well when an issue occurred.”

“I went to Doug's Hyundai to look at a Subaru I wanted, they got me in the same day. And I was able to leave that same day with the car! They were really nice and not pushy and even stayed a bit later for me to finish signing my paperwork. And I got a pretty good deal on the cost of my car. It was also nice that they had an area for me to check out the car in a covered area, as it was pouring rain that night! I would recommend them. I liked that they were also open on Sundays.”
