“Bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV at Chuck Olson Chevy. After driving the car home about 65 miles away, there was an error and found out the car needed a transmission fluid pump and should not be driven. The Chevy EV concierge service had it towed to the closest certified Bolt repair center (Titus Will Chevy). Titus Will stated that the part was on backorder at the factory, and they had to wait for either the factory to produce the parts or checking stock at another dealership to see if they had the part and was willing to sell it to them. Titus Will could not give me a date and stated it might be 2 weeks or months before I would get the car back. I emailed the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy with a timeline of facts and asked what could be done. Greg authorized his shop to take the part off a car on the lot to get my Bolt back on the road. While the two dealerships were working out the details, another dealership released part. After 17 days of purchasing the vehicle issue was resolved. I have heard other owners with the same issue for months now and still haven't gotten their cars repaired. Thanks to the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy for offering to fix the issue if no part could be found.”

“I can't recommend Wayne and his team at Collision Tech Inc. enough! After getting side swiped by a school bus that tore my back bumper off, broke my tail light, and smashed the crash bar on my Subaru, Wayne took an honest assessment of the damage and quoted me a fair price at about 1/3 of what other shops recommended to me by my insurance were asking for. The difference? Wayne actually repaired what needed fixing - he didn't go looking for extra dings, and didn't give me a weeks long estimate to cover all the unnecessary labor. I took my Subaru in once he had the parts he needed, and two days later it was ready to pick up! This kind of honesty and fairness is exactly the kind of thing you want to see in the world, and the auto industry especially. “Awesome store- great service! The trunk latch was stuck - I had this problem before and asked Max- an associate working - if he wouldn't mind looking at it with me. Next, he had Sarah come out. Both were open that they weren't mechanics- but they would do their best to help me figure out what I needed. Max lent me a screwdriver and Sarah got wd40 when the screwdriver alone wouldn't work. I was able to get the latch unstuck! I went ahead and got those supplies in case it becomes an ongoing issue and I need something in a pinch before getting the latch replaced. Max and Sarah’s customer service led me to buy two things even though the problem was fixed — I did that as a precaution, but I'm usually the type of guy who prices everything out at bottom-dollar competitors. Their service negated that entirely! Thank you Max and Sarah!”
