They are always awesome to work with!! Bryce had to deal with me being incredibly indecisive for months but he stuck with me and got me a wonderful upgrade to an ID4 to get us away from gas and to the amazing world of EVs.

“After doing some online research about a seized air conditioning motor, I realized around 11:00 a.m. that I needed this to be repaired before a planned road trip the next day! When I called APM Auto service, the owner answered the phone (I much prefer to support locally owned shops rather than those bought out by corporations) and after a little research he was able to offer two ways with two prices to fix my problem. One of them could be done that same day, which is exactly what I needed! He was able to call around and source the parts for delivery that day. Then while they were fixing the unit, they discovered our radiator was leaking, and he replaced it without additional labor cost. He also showed us the broken parts after so we knew he was trustworthy. I highly recommend APM Auto service.”

Sure, they're salespeople but they weren't super pushy and when I went to cancel the warranty after having time to review, it was just a quick phone call and they honored the cancellation. Also got a good deal from them since it was end of the month. Almost completely painless which is a lot better than most dealerships!
Really liked working with Beshoy, who did a good job of recognizing where I was at in the process (the research I'd already done), and focused on what he could do to help given that by explaining finance options and being flexible with the test drive/time with the car.”
