“I went to Doug's Hyundai to look at a Subaru I wanted, they got me in the same day. And I was able to leave that same day with the car! They were really nice and not pushy and even stayed a bit later for me to finish signing my paperwork. And I got a pretty good deal on the cost of my car. It was also nice that they had an area for me to check out the car in a covered area, as it was pouring rain that night! I would recommend them. I liked that they were also open on Sundays.”

“Les Schwab Edmonds HWY99.Had a screw in my tire. Took my car to Costco after they told me on the phone to come in early in the morning so I could be the first one in line. When I got there they they told me I had to leave my car for the whole day. Got the run arounds. Went down the street to Les Schwab in Edmonds. These guys are doing it right!!! The girl at the counter was prompt and had a great attitude. The technician was informative and nice. They told me it’ll take about 2 hours. They got my car in and out with in an hour. The best part of this shop was their attitude and transparency. No run arounds. Definitely will use this particular store again for my car needs.”

“My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Campbell Volkswagen. The sales experience was pleasant and professional with no pressure. We reached an agreement on price and wrote a check for the vehicle.The real story begins once we left the lot with the vehicle. When we got on the freeway and got up to speed, the transmission started making such a racket we almost turned around on the spot to bring it back. We decided to take it to our mechanic to determine the problem.It turns out we test drove it in 2WD and never checked out the 4WD. The transfer case was failing and needed to be replaced.We contacted our salesperson right away and brought the vehicle back the next morning. Their sevice manager drove it himself and agreed that it had a problem and should never had been sold in that condition. They offered to take the vehicle back and tear up the check or reduce the price and have us take care of the repair ourselves.The vehicle was otherwise in superior condition so we opted to take it at the lower price and have it repaired ourselves.The entire episode was professionally handled with concern and fairness. They were exceptional! Thank you team!”

I purchased 2 Toyotas and had years of great service. I recently had my RAV4 serviced here, and a small issue came up; the service department handled it like champs. First Khing and then Matt followed through and resolved it; not only was my issue resolved, they handled it professionally and communicated courteously throughout. I've always had great, uneventful interactions with this location; but it was reassuring to be taken care of so well when an issue occurred.”
