“Visited for front windshield replacement for my car this week and was extremely impressed with everything. I was sick with cold when I visited and two ladies at the front desk were both very kind and patient. The service and price was great as well and they even cleaned inside of my car. Highly recommended for anyone looking for windshield or glass repair!”

“Exceptional service. The guy that did my car was super nice and it’s been about half a year since the service, and it’s held up exactly the same as when it was first done. The manager was also really nice. Would highly suggest this place to anybody looking for tints. The guy was very knowledgeable and suggested the right amount of tint for my car.”

“Amazing service! I was told it would take about 1–2 weeks for the replacement windows to be back in stock, but USA Auto Glass was able to get them and complete the repair the very next day. Just wow! Everyone was very polite, professional, and helpful. It only took about 2.5 hours to have both windows replaced. I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!”

“Took my car here after an accident for a Progressive claim, and the service was wonderful. There were some issues getting parts/getting the right parts delivered (I have the N Line version of the Elantra), but they were so communicative and friendly through the whole process. The repairs are great, the car looks fantastic (and shiny!), and they even cleaned it inside, which was such a nice surprised after the stress of everything. Wonderful place and people.”

“Went in today as my Model Y had a small crack from a rock in the windshield. The gentleman who did the short-term crack repair to my windshield was extremely easy to talk to and he really seemed to know his stuff and actually seemed to care about doing an amazing job. After looking over the windshield he actually found two more small cracks from rocks that actually penetrated the windshield but had not yet formed a spider, and for very little extra I had him put resin in them too. And on top of all that, the receptionists at the front desk - both of them - were extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. If only every business was as well run as this one we'd have a different world. Very impressive at least for my simple windshield repair and my brief stay.”

“Fast and efficient service. I am happy I chose to come here instead the place my insurance usually sets me at. Brian ordered the window immediately and followed up once he got my new window in to set a time for me to come in. He made sure it was a time where he could get me in and out. I did have a line up issue and couldn’t bring it by since my car had to end up going to the shop for other repairs but he told me to bring it by once it’s done if they couldn’t fix it and was very easy to discuss that with. Highly recommend choosing this company!! EDIT: realized I had an issue with my window, Brian easily just had me bring in my invoice and got me in the next day and all is fixed and was so nice and easy about it. Will continue to choose this business!”

“They saved my car! I bought a used car with some difficult to remedy odors, got a quote, and before my appointment the dealer offered to fix the issue for free. I sadly took them up on it and they doused the vehicle with chemicals and oils which made the clean up so much harder. Despite my issues, NW Auto Salon gave it a go and the odors and chemicals I was reacting to are totally gone. They said to wait until the summer to review because the heat might bring odors back, but my car is still healthy and clean. No odors to speak of. Thank you so much for your high level of detail, your willingness to work kindly and respectfully with a chemically sensitive person and your reasonable setting of expectations. My car is so great now and I’m so grateful for your service. Thank you!!”
