“So I needed the front windshield replaced of a used Nissan Xterra I just bought and I was on a short time limit because I was at a hotel and I was taking it back to California. Erica got a hold of me gave me a great deal and they managed to get out to the hotel before I had to check out just within hours I did a fantastic job on my window I'm so happy thank you so much you saved the day..UPDATEI was quoted via text $100 off because they had some appointments open that day I asked for the total amount including taxes and was told 357.00. finally had a chance to check my bill and it's $405Update they made it ehole”
“Highly recommend this shop! My passenger window was rolling down at a weird angle - luckily I was able to roll it back up again! Called this shop based on great online reviews - they got me in the next morning, explained the entire process, the cost for repair and the time required, depending on what needed to be done. Then diagnosed the problem, showed me the part and explained the fix, the cost and the time required. Completed repairs while I waited, and got the job done for the cost they'd quoted, and in the time they'd estimated. Did not try to upsell me, just fixed what was required. Excellent communication, quick response, got me in quick and finished the job quickly. I was at their shop with work underway while still getting initial responses from multiple other businesses thru Yelp. ☆Highly recommend this business!!”

“Fast and efficient service. I am happy I chose to come here instead the place my insurance usually sets me at. Brian ordered the window immediately and followed up once he got my new window in to set a time for me to come in. He made sure it was a time where he could get me in and out. I did have a line up issue and couldn’t bring it by since my car had to end up going to the shop for other repairs but he told me to bring it by once it’s done if they couldn’t fix it and was very easy to discuss that with. Highly recommend choosing this company!!

“Went in today as my Model Y had a small crack from a rock in the windshield. The gentleman who did the short-term crack repair to my windshield was extremely easy to talk to and he really seemed to know his stuff and actually seemed to care about doing an amazing job. After looking over the windshield he actually found two more small cracks from rocks that actually penetrated the windshield but had not yet formed a spider, and for very little extra I had him put resin in them too. And on top of all that, the receptionists at the front desk - both of them - were extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. If only every business was as well run as this one we'd have a different world. Very impressive at least for my simple windshield repair and my brief stay.”
“I will always go to John for my windshield repairs and replacements. He will work with you on short notice appointments and get you in asap. You pull up and you’re out of there within 30 minutes. Him and his wife are awesome and the bathroom is so clean and pretty. The waiting area is so nice and smells amazing. The best thing about John is if he gives you a price that’s what it is! “They saved my car! I bought a used car with some difficult to remedy odors, got a quote, and before my appointment the dealer offered to fix the issue for free. I sadly took them up on it and they doused the vehicle with chemicals and oils which made the clean up so much harder. Despite my issues, NW Auto Salon gave it a go and the odors and chemicals I was reacting to are totally gone. They said to wait until the summer to review because the heat might bring odors back, but my car is still healthy and clean. No odors to speak of.
