When The dealer, they quoted me at 4x the amount before tax of what I paid with alderwood with tax! Although they didn’t have a window on hand, they got it ordered and sent over in a business day. They were professional, and they got my window replaced in an hour! I’m definitely going to come here if I ever have any glass break again.”

“Went in today as my Model Y had a small crack from a rock in the windshield. The gentleman who did the short-term crack repair to my windshield was extremely easy to talk to and he really seemed to know his stuff and actually seemed to care about doing an amazing job. After looking over the windshield he actually found two more small cracks from rocks that actually penetrated the windshield but had not yet formed a spider, and for very little extra I had him put resin in them too. And on top of all that, the receptionists at the front desk - both of them - were extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. If only every business was as well run as this one we'd have a different world. Very impressive at least for my simple windshield repair and my brief stay.”

They even had my car looked over the next morning to look at the problem and do some testing preliminarily. The person scheduling coordinated with the person who did the work well, and my car was fixed within 3 days. The work is excellent, no longer a leaking problem, such a relief. “Took my 2022 Hyundai Kona in after hitting a tire tread from a semi on the freeway. Needed the front bumper and the radar replaced. All the staff are very friendly. Carrie helped arrange a rental car for me. They sent a text with a link so I could see updates. Brandon also called a few times with updates. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. My car was washed and delivered to me when I arrived for pick up. I was also able to easily drop off my rental there too. My car looks and drives perfectly. Good experience overall.”

When we arrived ,we called the number on the door, as requested. Rudy and 2 other men came out to take a quick look. We returned a couple of hours later to pick up the vehicle. “I've never had to take any of my cars to an auto body shop before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff at Gerber were all very kind, helpful and made the process a breeze! They sent me updates about my car and got my car done a few days earlier than estimated. I was able to be shuttled to Enterprise for my rental car and drop the rental car off at Gerber once I was done with it, which made the whole ordeal a lot easier. To top it all off, they not only fixed my car's bumper, but they cleaned the car as well! Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Gerber and appreciate all their hardwork. “I went for an estimate on my car and the woman who did the estimate was very nice. She took photos of my car and sent me and my insurance an estimate to repair the damage. It was decent price to repair my car. I saw plenty of cars in the lot waiting to be repaired. Some were really damaged and I wondered how they would become drivable again. One had damage on the windshield from a large rock that had been thrown from an overpass. The driver was fine and I couldn't see based on the damage how a person was not hurt.Anyway, I called a week later to make an appointment and the wait to drop off my car is a couple of months which is crazy but I think that is the way it works on collision repairs. On top of that you have to leave the car in the shop for two to three weeks before getting back which is too long to be without a car. My car damage is minimal to wait that long but I will find out when I drop off my car. I will update my review after I get my car back. I gave my review 4 stars because the woman did a good job on my estimate.”
