I had excellent and courteous service, with knowledgable staff and they picked out possibilities for me straightaway. An absolute game-changer for me and my feet have never felt so good in shoes!! Recently I bought a pair pants there to add to what I already have because the product is so high quality the previous pair I still have I bought almost 4 years ago and these things are like still brand and the best part is you can wash in the washer and place them in the dryer, No Wrinkles. “I made my first visit to Market Street Shoes yesterday, and I will absolutely be a repeat customer! I felt welcomed and attended to as soon as I walked in. I was surprised and excited to see that the shop also had a wonderfully curated clothing selection! I wear a US women’s 12-14; often, small shops like Market Street Shoes won’t have options for me. There ended up being plenty of colorful, fun garments for me to try on!When Kelsey saw I had my hands full of clothes, she was quick to start a dressing room while I kept browsing. After I’d been in the room for about 5-7 minutes, Danelle came over and asked how I was doing. I was trying on a dress that made me feel so beautiful. When I showed Danelle what I was trying on, she gave me a big smile and said, ‘I can tell you something looks great, but it really matters how you feel in it, and I can tell you feel really good. It looks made for you.’ When I was finished with clothes, a third shop attendant (who’s name I didn’t get, but she was wearing a wonderful 80s-inspired neon-punk jacket and awesome red triangle earrings) offered to keep the dress behind the counter while I kept shopping.Danelle continued to help me as I started to look at shoes. She was knowledgeable, kind, and gave me great options for the footwear needs I communicated with her! She also helped me figure out that, lo and behold, the reason I’ve been having foot pain is because I’ve been wearing the wrong shoe size! I have a wide toe box and have been compensating for that by sizing up at shoe stores. Danelle heat-widened a pair of adorable leather orange sandals for me. She was super quick when grabbing my size options from the back, and communicated with her team when the LAST pair of a shoe in my size was playing hard to get in the stockroom. It was great to see the team members supporting each other when the shop had a steady amount of traffic soon after opening!I ended up getting three new pairs of shoes. I started breaking in a pair yesterday, and my feet are already feeling so much happier! When checking out, Danelle made sure to get my basic info to start tracking by purchase history. She also let me know that after getting 12 full-price items, I get 25% off! After chatting with me at the counter while bagging my shoes and tissue-paper-wrapped dress, Danelle gave me a very warm farewell.I likely would’ve been a repeat customer because of the clothes and shoes, but I will DEFINITELY be returning because of the wonderful experience I had with Danelle and the rest of the Market Street Shoes staff. “This is the missexd connection section on craigslist right? Was looking for a hookups deck and was quickly informed they don't carry them. Later i came back and bought these early 2000's ass sunglasses. I waited in line for a long time then the same girl who answered my question before came, snagged me and rung me up in the back in the skate shop section. If anyone who works there sees this show it to her and I'll bump this Lil 4 to a 5. Her shirt was broken i think and her belly was showing. Someone drew on one of her arms, she used to skate but now has bad joints.. didnt ask how her joints got ran though...none of my business. “I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”

“Tonight was busy and one young guy helped me out tremendously.

From finding shoes in the back, carrying 5 boxes of shoes back and forth, changing model #'s b/c some are narrow, others are wide, and oddly sizes run small then large from different styles. He helped with all of them.

Found a pair that fit better in black yet I normally prefer brown, the fitment won the tossup and maybe brown will be in the future or I may have to shop online.

The entire crew there was genuinely nice and helpful while customers were all over, kids everywhere, mayhem in the isle and they kept it neat and tidy the whole time.

I wish the stores had better shoe horns, yet they at least had a tiny one. Seems like something they'd have tethered up to the stools.

Also, not taking a star away yet there aren't enough benches to try on shoes here. They have them but they're a single tiny cube and everyone's basically either trying to bogart it with leaving boxes on it or there's a line, or we're all trying on shoes while standing up.

Overall, this is a great store, great people working there dealing with a LOT of clients and the selection is more than I expected.”

“This store has tons of shoes! Kids, Youth, Men, and Women. I never visit this store without finding exactly the shoe I came looking for. Sometimes even an improptu smart buy! I always find my size which is very popular, 8.5 or 9. You try on the shoe right there and can walk a long way down the isles to be sure the shoe is comfy. The prices are comparable to or better than Amazon. It is neatly laid out in long rows grouped in type of shoe for men or women. There is a clearance rack in the back, so check it out! (also a restroom for patrons). I also appreciate the numerous "little things" available to purchase in the check out row - socks of every kind, eyeglass holders, foot creams, lots of interesting stuff that you can buy for yourself or some unique gifts! There is always parking spots available right outside and it has a huge covered entrance just north of Best Buy. Better yet, order online for pick up in the store - usually available same day!”

I have a foot injury from a bike accident six years ago and have pretty much constant pain in my left foot.
