Wanted to thank Chris so much for his time and attention when navigating such a busy store.They didn’t have the shoe size in stock but he did offer to order them. Im not local so it wasn’t an option but glad to know it’s possible. He scanned my feet (even though it was busy as hell) and took the time to walk me through my results. I learned so much and was just grateful to feel seen in a mall that I don’t normally get that experience in. Although no shoes were purchased today, I did take advantage of their great sale on some shorts and socks. Also wanted to note Tina did a great job too, I think that’s her name she had reddish hair and had a lot of insight.”

“I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”

“Being handicapped finding these arch fit that I could modify was nice. Got a two for half off so ended up paying $67.50 a pair. Not a great deal at the time but not bad either. Now after a year of every day use, my right insole has lost some of its support. Most of my weight comes down crooked on my right. So broke out my second pair. Looking at these year old shoes I can't barely find a mark anywhere and there is no explanation why my right sole has not worn more on the outside. Cannot remember a better quality shoe than these. Now a year later this is a phenomenal deal. Go Sketchers.”

She apologized for the wait time (she didn’t need to, everywhere you go nowadays is a bit short staffed and I would hope every person would understand that) and made my visit so smooth.”

And as soon as i went in i was instantly helped by one of the workers Liberty, she knew exactly what i needed and recommended me things that would work best. She was also really fast at retrieving the multiple pairs of shoes i wanted which was really nice to experience! Thanks to her i was able to get great advice on which pair would work best for me and i was able to find the pair of shoes i needed plus some socks that would make the shoes more comfortable and easy to break into! “I want to add some information to stephanie lopez's review. Because i don't work here anymore. I don't represent this company and writing on my own behalf. I changed my job before ( worked last week). The entire review is a lie. She was professionally served and me personally apologized three times for not finding the right size. I also cheked if online order is available. I exceeded my duties and showed her on the screen that we don'd have the size she needed even in the system. No one raised a voice at her. At this time of the year, the store is very crowded, and sometimes the store employees have to help three people at the same time, so it takes time. She was standing right next to our computer and was the first to get rude to other employee for checking the availability of sizes for other customer, because it seemed to her that the employee somehow SIGHED wrongly. After that, I heard that she complained about us and discriminated against us with the words "they spoke their own language" (although she herself spoke her own language)My colleague and me spoke in our languege to speed up the process of finding a size for this lady. (since we discussed where it can be found.)It's funny that when i apologized to her many times, she said that i shouldn't apologize and that it was not my fault. And then she wrote an angry review with a lie here. Unfortunately, this person doesn't have patience and respect for other people.Thank you for reading.”
