“Our car had several problems that we knew of, but one had been new. We were referred to Rick’s by a friend. They did a full inspection and Mark gave us a detailed description of all the issues and the one that needed to be taken care of immediately, which was the rear brakes and rotors. They also gave us quotes on all the repairs needed in the future.
The work was done on time and at the price quoted. Our car has been running great.
We will definitely be returning to Rick’s in the future to get all our repairs done and maintenance. We highly recommend them.
New: our engine light came on at the end of the day. Rick’s said we could bring the car in the next morning. They found out it was the oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced and the part was available. They got it done in the same day. “Dropped off car early morning without an appointment, and they were able to do an alignment, tire replacement, and brake pad replacement all same day.
Offered me a lot of options, didn't try to upsell me on anything, just discussed tradeoffs clearly. When my brake pads turned out to require dealer-specific versions, they got them from the dealership and didn't charge me for the additional cost (would have been more than the original quote).

“Used this shop a few times for tire repairs over the years and they are the best option I've come across. Always friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. This time I had a brand new car so silly me I tried going by the dealership I just spent a huge amount of money at to help me with a tire repair. What was I thinking, I know. They made me wait 2 hours then told me it's not repairable and quoted me $400. I drove over here and they had the tire fixed in less than 15 minutes. I wish dealerships weren't as price gouging and misleading as they are but at least places like this exist to help!”

“I had a bad/leaking valve stem causing my tire to slowly go flat over a months time and I took my toyota pickup in to have the stem replaced. The guy running the store was cool, friendly and easy to talk to, and got me taken care of on the spot at a fair price.
MORE IMPORTANTLY, I didn't consider that when they replace the valve stem, they have to remount and rebalance the tire... This completely fixed a vibration I had at ~60+ mph. I had taken my tires to get balanced originally at Les schwab a couple years ago, and a second time at discount tire because I felt vibrations and thought les schwab had balanced them wrong. After a second balancing at discount tire I still had a vibration at higher speeds. I had dismissed it was a balancing issue and figured I had a bad tire or out of round wheel for the longest time... I was wrong, just needed balanced by someone that knew what they were doing or had the right equipment. Thank you JE Wheels.”
“Friendly and honest, will answer all questions straight forward. Went in during a fairly heavy rain snow mix day for a tire puncture was in and out within 30min or less. Highly recommend this shop... Getting my brakes done as well shortly.... My 1st go to choice from now on”
