“Came in right before closing on a Sunday and the guy at the desk still had a welcoming attitude and helped me with my return. Sitting outside the store while on the phone and a lady approached a solid 7-8 minutes after they’d locked up. The same guy came to the door, unlocked it, and shortly after the lady left with her packages.”

“These guys are always super helpful no matter how busy they are. This week, Derek helped me return an insane amount of Amazon items and then do a electronic return for an Internet device. That was kind of a pain. And it all went super smooth. I really appreciate it guys!”

“This is my favorite Post Office as it is small and the lines can get long at times and yet you do not feel hurried or set upon by the wait and the staff are professionals with surprising patience and knowledge. I have been in line and have witnessed their quiet professionalism at work. This is what a local Post Office should operate by the standards they set.”

10002 Aurora Avenue North Ste 36, Seattle WA 98133
“Greg is THE BEST! He needs a raise but not too much because I never want him to retire. He is so knowledgeable & patient & kind. I always want to work with him & honestly time the line so my turn falls on his rotation. It will be a sad sad day if I show up at UPS & he’s no longer there. I don’t think that man has ever taken a day off because in the 20 years I’ve been going there he is always my guy. ❤”

“ICS works really well for our lifestyle and business, we find the service to be phenomenal! It's better than just a PO box or UPS box because you can register this as your personal business address which is great if you have an online business. The owners and office administrator have always kind to us and our pets. We can see our mail when it's delivered, get it scanned or sent to us wherever we are in the country for a very reasonable price. We know our packages are safe when we can't pick them up immediately. I've never had a problem dropping in to pickup my mail during business hours. We love coming in to use the cozy office space, get a cup of coffee and use their fast internet. I felt compelled to write a review after seeing some negative ones, those are likely outlying situations because overall ICS has been very reliable service over the 3 years we've been with them.”

6920 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle WA 98115
“Clean, dry, reasonable prices. Acces is 7 days a week, but not 24 hours, but very convenient location makes up for that. I've rented lots of storage spaces in lots of cities and the staff here are by far the best - professional, helpful/informative, and kind!”

1037 Northeast 65th Street, Seattle WA 98115
“I had to return a heavy box of dinnerware. As I reached the store, saw the door with a PULL sign which can’t be open if you have heavy box in your hands. Luckily some good people were passing by and offered to help with the door. Can something be done about the direction this door opens in since people might have heavy boxes to carry through it? The staff is super helpful once you reach the counter. Deducting one star for the door.”

12918 Mukilteo Speedway Ste C-23, Lynnwood WA 98087
“I had a very tight timeline to pull together documents and print materials for a celebration of life for a loved one, and the team at The UPS Store truly came through for me. This event meant so much, and they treated it with the care and urgency it deserved. They were incredibly helpful in making sure everything looked just right—offering guidance, checking details, and turning things around quickly without sacrificing quality. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially given the last-minute nature of my request. I’m so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and support during a difficult time. Highly recommend.”
