“I bought a stereo with Apple CarPlay and a backup camera for my 2009 GMC truck back in December. Darrell explained to me that he warranties his work and the product for 2 years. The stereo is a Bluetooth one, and did not stay connected all of the time. I have had to reset my phone and do other troubleshooting to connect it. After about 6 months the backup camera stayed on for a few drives and then the screen of the stereo quit working entirely. I texted Darrel then that happened, because I got used the having a backup camera with that big truck! He got me right in to replace a defective part that has caused him some grief with other installs. Apparently, there were some bad parts made during COVID and he had been busy replacing these parts for his customers. He did a really beautiful install and I love the backup camera. I am so thankful for his integrity and willingness to stand by his products. I am happy to support small businesses in the community. Especially when they stand by their word. Thank you Darrell.”
“These guys are as honest and fair as they come. We were traveling through and had a coolant line break on the thermostat housing. They were able to look at the car and get us back on the road quickly for an extremely fair price. They did not do any work that they didn't need to in order to get more money out of us. Most shops would have replaced the whole housing, taken a couple of hours, and charged between $500 and $1000. These guys should be your ONLY call if you need some repairs done.”

“Carter, the dealer we worked with was GREAT ?.
As a contractor myself I can detect bs from a mile away. Carter never pinged my radar even once and he was very communicative and transparent. We negotiated a fair price for the car and there were no delays of any kind through this process. The vehicle was delivered to us exactly in the condition Carter represented and we have no complaints.
Sadly in this country it seems that a majority of car dealers have a horrid reputation for shoveling horse manure to make a sale. It was refreshing to work with a dealer like Carter who knows have to move cars by cutting the crap. Thanks ?”
