“I bought a stereo with Apple CarPlay and a backup camera for my 2009 GMC truck back in December. Darrell explained to me that he warranties his work and the product for 2 years. The stereo is a Bluetooth one, and did not stay connected all of the time. I have had to reset my phone and do other troubleshooting to connect it. After about 6 months the backup camera stayed on for a few drives and then the screen of the stereo quit working entirely. I texted Darrel then that happened, because I got used the having a backup camera with that big truck! He got me right in to replace a defective part that has caused him some grief with other installs. Apparently, there were some bad parts made during COVID and he had been busy replacing these parts for his customers. He did a really beautiful install and I love the backup camera. I am so thankful for his integrity and willingness to stand by his products. I am happy to support small businesses in the community. Especially when they stand by their word. Thank you Darrell.”

“Greg at Cascade was super helpful! I was driving back from Mt. Rainier down to Oregon around midnight when I hit a median and both tires on the left side of the vehicle got flattened and damaged. Thankfully right where I hit was near their auto shop. They don’t repair tires, but Greg helped me the next morning by taking my tires off of my vehicle and bringing them over to a nearby business to get them fixed. Then afterwards he came back and picked them up and put them back on my vehicle! Going above and beyond for service helping me return home. “These guys were awesome! The service was professional, everything on my car looked brand new again. The staff was very friendly, the prices were the best around. I only took away a star because the workers have paint dust on their clothing and my black interior was covered in it. Normally I would not consider this a big deal because I thought it could be an easy clean up. It was not. My driver's seat has a paint stain that I cannot remove. I covered everything in plastic when I brought it in the second time, but it was too late.Services: Painting”

“Mike got my car in immediately to diagnose engine light. Found MAJOR problem. Called a local KIA service department on my behalf and gave them all my cars info, (as it is most likely covered under KIA's warranty.) Got me a name to get foot in the door to be able to take next steps for them to confirm problem and do repair. He didn't charge me for his diagnostic. He could have just done repairs at his shop (probably over $5,000). He could have told me to call the KIA people myself to figure out warranty etc. It is so hard to find people in business who are willing to do the right thing. Mike is kind and has real integrity.
