“We have been trying to get our money out of a holding company for months in a very complicated transaction. Bank Manager Kelle was AMAZING. I mean, fantastic!! She was able to do in about 10-minutes what it's taken us months to get to a satisfactory resolution. She exhibits a high level of customer service rarely seen in her industry--or anywhere, really! Highly recommended.”

“I went in yesterday to reopen an account. Since I had already had an account at one point I had to go in to open in person (I had tried online and I was told to go to a branch). Angie was so helpful and answered all my question. Before I left she even made sure my previous online banking was set up. Angie was fast too. 5 stars!!”

“I shop her in the evenings which is just fine and less crowded. You may have to walk a long way to get help or have a question answered. If your in the back by linens. Or paint.... one reason for the 4 stars. The other reason is finding pricing on sale items may not be clearly marked. Or no price at all. So does the Fred Meyer app allow you to scan barcodes for pricing? That would be great. When you do get the help they are usuAlly friendly but lacking knowledge of products. Not their fault if they do not get training. At least they try to find another employee who might know the answer. Like I said it just takes time. The cashiers are friendly for the most part. I think they just need more help and more CS training. The one thing that always makes me feel so much pressure is the count down time announcements. Just before they close. Sometime it makes me feel like they should actually close a half hour prior to closing time with what feels threatening when they say the doors will be locked.... yelling at you to bring all purchases to register before the doors are locked. I want the staff to get out on time too. I get it. Maybe sending staff out to help customers find that last item instead of 2 or 3 employees standing together to unlock or open the door when you leave. Or 2-3 by. Customer service chatting it up. This is just my observation. I’ve recently starting shop ping there during the covid months and I’m greatfull they stayed open later than most stores. I recently noticed one of the last customers to leave theStore and when I got to my car noticed I didn’t have one of my storage containers that I bought.ooShowed my receipt to door employee who did let me back in. Cashier was still there but acted like it was my fault but said I could go get another one. Not even offering to get it for me or asking one of the, by now, 6-7 employees standing right at front registers chatting. Why wasn’t it still right there? She obviously knew she didn’t put it in my bag... so I’d think she’d still have it right there knowing I’d return asking for it. Things that make you go hmmm?”

“This ATM. Crazy. I know the Chase ATM is the best but this is definitely a runner up. The ATM saved me from a speeding bus, gave me 100 extra bucks one time, and helped me win the Cold War. Nice job! 5/5 stars.”
