“The room was the best value at a hotel that I've had in quite some time. Phenomenal breakfast, great bed, and wonderful views. But the most notable aspect of the hotel is definitely the staff. Each person I spoke with, whether it was the front desk, buffet attendant, or maid, was beyond courteous. This was the kind of service that causes me to go out of my way to visit again when I'm back in town. Great job.”

“I’m here on my first of two (maybe three) nights.
The check-in process was super simple. It wasn’t until after I checked in that I was told they’d prefer guests park in the lower lot (so I had to move my vehicle after I checked in….. oh no!!! What a horrible experience!!!)

The building is older so it has some outdated carpet and couches.

The front lobby was great. The check-in staff were super friendly.

They even called my room about 30 minutes into my stay to check-in and make sure everything was to my liking. I’ll be honest, I’ve never had that check-in before! (Maybe I’m too poor to stay in places that do that regularly?).

It’s not clear that they have a restaurant/bar onsite.

The room is large and I love that they have a full fridge and stovetop.”

“My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North/Everett for one night on Valentine’s Day, which also happened to be my wife’s birthday. Before our arrival, I spoke with Celisse to confirm our booking and asked about special occasion options. Although the hotel doesn’t offer packages, she went above and beyond to arrange a thoughtful surprise in our room that my wife absolutely loved.

At check-in, Celisse and Dan were both welcoming and professional, making us feel truly valued. While there were a few minor issues, overall we had a great stay and really appreciated the excellent customer service. We would happily stay here again!”
