“Always a great experience at navy exchange Everett. However the tailor shop is short staffed, cannot keep up with orders.. and getting your uniform tailored can take forever...please either adjust staff hours or get more help.”
“Overall a very clean and friendly store but please relieve the U-scan clerk of stress by having them only work at U-scan, and not run another check stand simultaneously. These staff and hour cuts post holidays do nothing but cause stress for front end staff which leads to slower checkout times and displaced frustration. It is not employees fault, they are very friendly and do their best!”
“Staff and security are nice, but this area invites some weird characters. Especially since a lot of their stock is clothing and related accessories, you can imagine the type of person that may be wandering through to steal. I'd compare Ross to a thrift store before I'd compare it to a TJ Maxx. It's not usually super clean and it never feels super safe. Stock is always rotating, so sometimes you'll find really good stuff and other times, you won't find anything you like. The thrill of the hunt!”
“Still is my go to store because the makeup department have amazing ladies that are so friendly to me, I feel welcomed. Thank you to the ladies, other people who work here. I just wish I could find some of the things I truly tried to purchase but it wasn't there. But besides that I do try again a week or more than I need to buy something that I need.”
“First time at this location. Smaller than the typical Walmart, but has most everything you’d need.
They have most items in the toiletries area locked up and you need to ask someone to open it.
Took one star off for not having any paper bags at checkout. I was told they don’t have paper bags.”
“I have a watch that was a gift from a friend who passed on, so it means a great deal to me, and the pin that holds the band to the face broke off when it got snagged at work. After explaining this to Hannah, the young lady working today, she proceeded to fix my watch quickly and even set the correct time and date. When I went to pay, she politely refused and told me she would cover it then sent me on my way. It's people like Hannah that make me want to give them all my business. I cant thank her enough for her generosity and showing me that I wasn't a person spending money. Thank you Hannah.”
