Today, in the morning, I went in to mail some letters and needed help with questions and both clerks (female) were very polite, professional and helpful. “This is the best post office in the area; I've been to at least half a dozen and this is the only one I like. Bal, Dennis, and Triet are all so friendly and helpful. Literally the only post office I have ever been to where the people working there are nice and don't ruin my day. I come here often to mail things for work and all three of them recognize me and know what I need done. It does get pretty busy but the line usually moves fast because the employees at least know what they're doing. This location also has the most parking of any other post offices I know of in the area”
“I don’t know about the customer service here, but the place is clean. Looks like it has everything like the normal USPS stores do. Parking can be difficult. Might be only street parking. Not sure if the parking lot adjacent to the store is for USPS parking and it has signs that unauthorized cars will be towed day and night. The hours are printed large on the door.”
“I'm not sure about the bad reviews but from my experience, things are fine here. The ladies are helpful and have been nice to me everytime I've gone which was quite often for a while since my address wasn't showing up in the system.”
“Fast, convenient, lots of parking. There's gift cards and greeting cards available for sale inside during business hours only. Lobby open even after hours. Missing 1 star because entry area stinks, there's a homeless person leaving trash outside the USPS.”
