“I have been living in the apartments for almost three years and I can say that it has been a pleasant experience, a very familiar atmosphere, very good communication with the people in the office, each one of them always willing to help, they also have a very good maintenance group, I am referring to Don Rico and Don Nicolas who have helped us whenever we have needed them, they have been attentive to us and have fixed things and have collaborated every time we have asked them to help us.”

Rebecca made it soo easy and smooth.The apartments are nice, management and maintenance people are great.I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to call home...N did I just forgot to say how convenient it is, close to bike trails,most businesses and a busline too if you don't feel like driving.I love it here.”

“I live it here I love the people!!! Nice size apts with washer dryer in units! Numbered parking spot. Pretty peaceful for the most part but we have our moments sometimes too. Quiet enough to live comfortably, aside from loud engine sounds, which I love. You can hear the traffic from Auburn Way North, to me, just enough so that it feels alive, not like quiet in the woods or something, nice mix. Office ladies are AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Decent neighbors more or less, a lot of families. It's clean and kept up, regularly landscaped, pool cleaned, etc. Pool hours are very limited, no weekends, and weekdays are 10am-5pm, I believe. No one on call to supervise the swimmers, the office has to be open and it's not on weekends. There's an emergency maintenance # to call it necessary though.
And no, we do not get that funky smell from 277th Street, Thank God!! Lotsa rainbows! *:D .. Not super cheap but well below market value!!! Near shopping and gas stations on the corners and bus stop right on the corner! I'm so glad I found them!! *:D Kitties love too!”
“The units are large. We have a 4 bedroom. Lots of storage and the layout is perfect. The only drawback is the heaters on the main floor and ground floor do not keep the place remotely warm.”
“Honestly I don’t know why this place doesn’t have higher reviews. I lived in the area for over a year. I love the downtown Auburn area. It’s close to everything and the downtown area has soo many fun activities. I always saw the Verge on my drive to my old apartment. After taking a tour the place has sooo many amenities that I haven’t found anywhere else. Car wash, dog wash, rooftop, theater, vending machine *NEW*, plenty of meeting areas, courtyard, everything is app based, too many things to list! They really do offer a lot.
The move in process was great! The staff has been very accommodating and welcoming, they even reserve you an elevator for your move in. I received a welcome gift on my first day. I've only been here a couple weeks and they already had fun activities for the residents including free baked goods! Thanks for making me feel welcome. Honestly have not been here long but really excited to be here and happy to have stayed in the Auburn area.”

“Well I must say that they got the right management in here I've been here almost 9 years and I am so happy I'm really happy now I was ready to move until New Management took over Taylor Simone and Ashley are godsend angels my personal review is they put the best management team ever here and I'll be here till my ending days anyways God bless and enjoy the rest of your week oh and by the way I got all new appliances so grateful. I had to add this I've been living here for almost 9 years and all of my pictures and special pictures and mirrors are all sitting against the wall since new management came I am actually putting pictures up fixing my apartment the way I want to because I know I'm here permanently I kept pictures boxed in mirrors and special pictures to put on my walls that way because I knew I would be moving I just didn't know what year I would be moving so I kept a lot of stuff boxed up but because because of Taylor Simone and Ashley I am grateful that they are management they made it possible for me to live here comfortably and be happy I'm actually happy I had to add that take care of yourself and be safe and God bless.”
“These apartments are super cute and quaint. Historic vibes fo sho. I toured with Ellie and Jessie and they were both fantastic! Super friendly and Ellie was able to answer all my questions! They even took their time showing me four other properties they have. Great experience overall and will be highly considering this place on my next move”

“For only living here for 4 months, it is an amazing place i have lived (apartment wise). The staff are always so willing to help/do anything you ask. The grounds are always kept nice & tidy. The staff always keep tenants accountable for the policies of the complex. The management staff are also ones to not hover over your shoulders or invade your unit like it seems every other apartment complex does which is great!”
“These apartments are the best mix of affordable and comfortable that we found in the area. We had a good feeling as soon as we pulled up to the office and the tour with Tiffany reinforced that. Tiffany was awesome, she was quick about getting back to us and was able to answer all of our questions. She made the move-in process fast and easy”

“Lived at these apartment complex for about 4 years and we lived the apartments and the staff. Super friendly never had complaints. Spacious bedrooms and very neat never had issues besides small maintenance stuff but other than that never had moldy windows or walls, bad smells, roach or bugs. Loved this place! Highly recommend!!”

“I am please to say that Brookhaven Maintainance service is surperb. I was having trouble with my GE stove and Joe was on it right away! I needed a new regulator for my oven, and Joe ordered the part right away, and the next day he came over and fixed my stove and now it's works perfect!! Also he saw where I needed two lights in my kitchen and replaced them also. Thnaks Joe and Brookhaven staff for Excellence to catering to my repair needs in a professional manner”
“I lived at Arcadia Apts with my family between 2019 and 2020. I only moved because I purchased a home. I was very happy with the level of service from Management especially Melanie the site manager. She was very responsive and upheld the rules and regulations of the apartments. She was very respectful and customer service forward. Unfortunately we had to deal with bad neighbors from time to time but that's NOT the properties fault. Repairs were completed when needed. I can't say enough good things about Melanie and her hard work. It's a five star for me and my family.”

“We have lived here almost two years now. i have yet to hear my neighbors, so no noise complaints. everyone is very nice and the area is very quiet. after 1 year our rent didn't increase much. the office staff is very friendly as is the maintenance team! highly recommend Country Gables.”
