I saw a YouTube video several months ago where a guy stopped in to try the food and loved it. Today, I drove down to give it a try.
It’s in a Harley dealership. I don’t ride. Wasn’t sure what to expect. That dealership is one of the friendliest, most upbeat places I have been in my life. And Lizzie Lou’s…oh my lord.
There were all types of people there patiently waiting for their food. It can take awhile. There is no warmed-up or under-a-heat-lamp food. Everything is cooked after your order is placed. All of the people waiting for their food were relaxed and happy. They knew what was coming. Fresh ingredients. Honest pricing. FLAVOR. You only wish somebody you knew could cook like this. That kitchen was clean as a whistle and the owner is a wizard. Did I mention flavor? FLAVOR. *Real* flavor. You can taste the individual ingredients and the spices. Everything singing together to make music on your tongue. I about fell off my chair.
Is it worth the drive down from Seattle? Yes, yes it is, and once you go you will be sorry that you didn’t go sooner. The owner, besides being an incredibly talented cook, is also a warm and wonderful human being. That woman must be protected at all costs. She is a treasure on this earth. Go. You won’t be sorry.

I first heard of them years ago, someone said they didn't like it and said not to go there, but one day I was craving BBQ & decided to check em' out anyway. WoW, am I glad I did, been going there about once a week for about 3 years now. There isn't one thing I don't like about their food, their fast and friendly service, the atmosphere, if I could give 10 stars, I surly would!!❤️
