And she isn’t the easiest dog to groom! Difficult in fact. Yet they always take her back and for this, both Gracie and our family are truly grateful!!~
Her groomer is a sweet young lady who works with her mom and they are Thee Dream Team! Worth every penny!~

My only tiny compliant, like some other reviews mentioned, is that the shampoo and deshedding shampoo was pretty diluted and didn’t have much of a scent, but my dogs came out super clean and shiny. They also have scented sprays at the counter, which I didn’t realize until I brought my second dog back!

Because of that, I have become a fairly discerning pet owner and I can recognize when a veterinarian is truly passionate, knowledgeable, and committed to their patients.
Dr. Jagger is exactly that kind of veterinarian. She is not only highly skilled, but she also goes above and beyond to understand each patient’s condition, no matter how uncommon or complex it may be. We have seen her for issues such as IBD and heartworm disease—conditions that are not commonly treated in our area—and she has consistently put tremendous effort into making sure everything is done properly. We always felt exceptionally well cared for.
I first came to Dr. Jagger frightened and overwhelmed after receiving a very concerning diagnosis. From the beginning, she made me feel that she knew exactly what she was doing. She was compassionate, took extra time with us, and approached every detail with care and precision. I truly could not have asked for a better veterinarian.
We have been coming here for over three years. I waited to write this review because I wanted to share it after seeing the long-term results—and today, my dogs are doing great, all thanks to Dr. Jagger. We have found the perfect veterinarian, and I would not want to take my dogs anywhere else.
The front-desk staff also deserves recognition. They are consistently kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help, always without attitude.

2505 South 80th Street, TacomaI can’t thank this team enough. About a month ago, we brought our 11-year-old Lab in because he had developed a large, sudden growth on his shoulder. He had already had cancer removed in the past, so we were devastated and believed it was time to say goodbye to our boy.
We had already paid for euthanasia when the veterinarian came into the room, took the time to hear his story, and decided to do an ultrasound of the growth. She discovered that it was actually an infection and not a spread of cancer.
Our boy is doing absolutely amazing today, and our entire family is incredibly grateful. If the veterinarian hadn’t taken the extra time to ask questions and look further, we would have lost him when he still had plenty of life left.
Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of our boy and for giving our family more time with him. We will always be grateful.

They even helped work with him on training, including teaching him how to sit, which I really appreciated. After one week, I contacted the staff for an update with the photos, and they responded very promptly. When I picked up Oscar at the end of two weeks, he seemed really happy and excited, with no signs of any traumatic experience. He resumed his normal behavior and routine as if no time had passed. The staff even gave him a written report card with high marks. It's comforting to know that he was well cared for, and will definitely use Dawg Tired Play Days in the future.

When they were at the previous larger location, they were careful limiting the number of pups they have each day compared to other doggy daycares who don’t have a maximum. This really showed me that they truly care about our little precious one’s health as well as wanting to give each one the attention they deserve. When Jessica moved location to her house, we continued to take Mochi to her even though it was a bit out of the way to dirve prior to work because we trust them to look after Mochi as if he was their own pup. Mochi always loves going to them almost every day each week. Jessica is very communicative if there are any concerns and then sends out newsletters for updates. I also have enjoyed adventure days periodically when they have taken the pups to other places like parks and beaches.

So many fun Halloween decorations, the time and effort it must have took to put on this event was impressive. There were mulitple fire pits with seating all around to stay warm. Sitting around a fire with close friends sipping wine, it was the most fun I had in a long time. The wine is absolutely delicious and it was fun trying all the different samples. Food: Pretty much as close as mom’s food as possible (obviously I didn’t try the whole menu).
We got the bamboo duck soup, ox tail pho and special pho. We didn’t have to add anything to the soup; meaning the soups stood on their own! If you guys haven’t been introduced to bamboo duck soup yet, try it. It is light, refreshing with the pickled vegetables (not too sour), and dip that duck into plenty of the sweet and sour fish sauce dip.
Service: Busy Sat morning but they got to us soon and food came out surprisingly faster than I anticipated.
Atmosphere: This isn’t 3 Michelin but it isn’t hole in a wall either. Could use a little more flare, warmer lights to give that smoky Viet fall feel. I’m just nit picking. The food stands on its own for sure.
