We have been told by multiple groomers that they cannot handle her, and the only groomer to successfully cut her hair said she would not do it again. Lesha made her appointment at a time when no other dogs would be in the shop, allowed her to take breaks when she got too stressed, and was able to give her a haircut in under an hour. We will definitely bring her back!

He experienced trauma at another shop when the manager took less than a “positive approach.” She engaged in a battle of wills with my dog (and then blamed him for not acquiescing). Stacy helped undo the damage through gentle but firm encouragement and patience. Remy’s no longer terrified of grooming, and he loves Stacy. She deserves all the credit in his turnaround. He will not get in the bath tub for me, but he runs and is so excited to get into the bath stations, it's silly. Makes me laugh every time. Everyone is super nice and very helpful. I love the concept of this business. They have all the supplies that you would ever need. It's very convenient for us. My dog loves the doggie cologne.

Dr. Jeremiah was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which meant a lot to us. It was obvious how much care and attention went into Honey’s treatment, and we always felt she was in safe, capable hands.

On and off leash his behavior has substantially improved. He doesn’t lunge or bark at random dogs or strangers. My daughter can approach him, she even attempts to give him commands. 3 months ago if you had told me that we would be able to take him to a bark in the park at T Mobile I wouldn’t have believed you, but he was easily one of the best behaved dogs there.

When they were at the previous larger location, they were careful limiting the number of pups they have each day compared to other doggy daycares who don’t have a maximum. This really showed me that they truly care about our little precious one’s health as well as wanting to give each one the attention they deserve. When Jessica moved location to her house, we continued to take Mochi to her even though it was a bit out of the way to dirve prior to work because we trust them to look after Mochi as if he was their own pup. Mochi always loves going to them almost every day each week. Jessica is very communicative if there are any concerns and then sends out newsletters for updates. I also have enjoyed adventure days periodically when they have taken the pups to other places like parks and beaches.

They even helped work with him on training, including teaching him how to sit, which I really appreciated. I received plenty of daily pictures and even a couple videos, which went a long way in giving me peace of mind while I was away. They truly went above and beyond, and it showed in how happy and relaxed Chief was when I picked him up. Coffee is top tier and always fresh and made with love and care.
If you have cash, they really prefer it over card. Cards still accepted, though.

My only complaint is that Yankee Pot Roast isn't available daily.
I have an alarm set to check their daily menu on FB and every time I see Yankee Pot Roast we make the 30 min drive.
All their soups are delicious, but the Pot Roast just hits different.
Definitely worth the stop.
