“Sharing my experience picking up a package at the annex - first time there since my package ended up here where tracking stated “held at post office per customer request” which was odd because I made no such request. In any case, I found out via usps.com this was the pickup location for my address. I didn’t have to wait long for the lone staffer, who was very pleasant, took my info to retrieve my package. Signs clearly labeled to ring the bell (and that it may take a few minutes since there is only one staffer) - which I felt was fair. Thank you!”

“We used this location to print out the ms paint user interface to make this viral mirror! The first one we printed we accidentally ended up ripping while trying to cut out the area for the mirror, and even though it was no fault of the business, the manager offered us a discount when we came back to print it out again. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Jakobi who worked with us the most! He went above and beyond with his customer service.”

The staff always great me with a smile and thank me for doing business with the when I leave. I'm 70 yrs old and use a can or my walker. If the store is busy the offer me a chair to sit and wait.”

Even though I don't particularly love driving down Meridian on ANY day because of traffic, it's worth it to make a trip here for your needs.

“I was just in there, but six or seven minutes taping up a box I was trying to get delivered and listened to this lady Diane behind the counter. She was just be the friendliest person with everyone walking thru that door from the regulars and cracking jokes to the fedex guy dropping off boxes. Diane had the attitude like it was a great day to be alive and it made my day a little bit brighter! Especially after telling me of the holiday price increase! ?. LolLet me add another name…Emily! Just left there again and now it was the two of them working, what a great team! Emily gave me all sorts of advice on buying/selling apps too, very helpful!”
“Very helpful staff and ease of Fedex shipping. My only complaint is the self serve copier you must prepay and you cannot pick uour own prepaid amount. So if you pick $20 and your scan project is $22 (yes, it cost that much) just deletes and you have to start over. With software development now in 2026, it should just take out the amount from your card.”

“Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”

“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”
“Mackenzie made my experience at this UPS location really smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, and my shipment to Ohio arrived fast with no issues. The whole process was easy, and she handled everything in a very professional and organized way.
What stood out most was how genuine and friendly she was. Mackenzie is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and we had a really nice conversation while she helped me. “I rent a mailbox from this location due to my work / home schedule. For the last 18 months I have probably had 500 packages delivered in addition to all of my regular mail with zero issues.
Staff is smart and friendly. They even recognize me and will have already begun processing my package pickups when I walk in. Very nice people.
Literally the only downside is the parking lot that has become a war zone since a supermarket moved into the building next door. not much you can do about that :)”

pickup appointment (-10 reefer load ) was scheduled for 02/02/2026 at 10:00 AM. We booked the load as a late pickup. We checked in around 1:00 PM. late fee was paid and a dock was assigned immediately. Loading was completed at 2:45 PM. Despite our late arrival, everything was handled very quickly. Thank you to the team.”
“The best place to drop off. The bin door opens just wide enough for small packages, unlike most collection boxes. It beats going down the road to the actual post office's collection box which won't let you drop packages at all.”
“I've been here a few times delivering refrigerated loads. The office staff are very friendly and quick to get you a door. The guy in the back unloading is really friendly as well. Usually unloaded and out the door within 1hr. 4 stars for the very tight backing.”

Everything is done through email and text and she still manages to answer all of questions and concerns. BEST PLACE TO DO YOUR TAXES!”
“The Asian lady in this store is cheerful and has great customer service. All the employees do. When my package needs tape, they don't try to get me to buy tape or charge me. They'll tape up where I need it and are always gracious about it. All good employees. It's not that the Pearl Street UPS has bad employees, I don't mean that. But if you need a little extra tape, go to Proctor and get the extra customer service. Pearl won't help you with tape problems.”

The location seemed a tiny bit slow, but it being due to reps taking the time to help out people who have no idea what they’re doing (which I never mind). “The building says Odyssey now. Reefers with swinging doors use Docks 50-53. The driver entrance is between 54 & 55. Turn right to the open space and look to your left for a door that says Driver Check In. Wear a safety vest. No parking nearby. The receiver arrived and opened the door at 0600 promptly. Seems to move fairly quickly. Brought the BOL out when he was done.”
