I’d give 0 if I could, worked from home to sign for a certified letter and they didn’t drive across the street to try to deliver it. Instead they just left a notice in the mail box that I could come to the annex the next day. We all know to do everything possible to not go there. Frustrating…

Can’t give 0 star. Package was sent back to sender becuase it was unclaimed but never once did they try to deliver it to my house.

Failed to deliver my package not once. But twice. Was told they gave it to the wrong person who wrongly marked it as undeliverable. They said it would be here the next day and then didn’t deliver it because they failed to authorize from recipient. Didn’t even try to deliver it or even knock on the door.
