“Kitsap Bank is the best bank at which I've ever been a customer. I first joined them because they did not get involved in any of the shady dealings so many financial institutions engaged in leading up to the Recession in 2008. They do not take risks. They are a conservative local bank and they are solid. All the employees have been great to me. They give tremendous personal service. If you are in the Bethel-Lund neighborhood of Port Orchard, the branch there are some of the nicest and most thoroughly professional staff I've ever met. Jackie, Jessica, Lisa, Joshalley, Judith and Samantha are wonderful people. They even sent me a get-well card after I was injured in accident. Amazing. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kitsap Bank to anyone.”

“I am surprised to read a negative review of the branch. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. I needed to open a business account. SherriLee (hope I spelled it right) was warm and friendly as she greeted me. Efficiently set up the account and reviewed the pertinent points without just shoving contract verbiage to me to read (and trip over with hidden fees like a previous bank). I walked out with an economical checking account, debit card and as a nice touch, a set of preprinted checks for ACH use etc. After 17 years with a scandal ridden "Big Bank" I am very pleased to join Heritage Bank's customer base.”

The GH branch has taken great care of us, recently we had our son join the bank and get a car loan. Carter at the bank is absolutely AWESOME and on top of things, he took great care of our family (he also stays on top of us for our business too). “Was pretty mad. ATM took my $500 and kept it spitting out a receipt with some nonsense about potential fraud. Next day I went in and the branch manager, Scott Hall went to work. In just a few minutes my card was again active. After that he submitted a claim for the safe return of my $500. Next morning 1st thing my money was credited to my account. That would be the end of it but awhile later Mr Scott Hall phoned me to make sure all has gone well. Now while I am on the fence about how I feel about the whole ordeal I DO know that I appreciated a courtesy call from the branch manager just to check up on the issue. 3 stars for the ordeal. 5 stars for Mr Scott Hall. Average 4 stars.”
