When there was a hic-up in the process, Lori did some pre-work to make sure she had solutions then brought the issue to our attention giving the pros and cons of each solution. Once we picked the solution, Lori was able to get the loan process back on track without needing to move our closing date.”
“I don't personally bank here but I do some work for somebody that does and they pay me with a personal check so I frequently visit here to cash it. They are generally pretty quick and there's no charge to cash checks like every other bank in the area! I highly recommend!!!”
“My son had a sack of coins... the amazing teller Trevor helped sort all for my young son. This was a big deal to us. Trevor, Peggy, Jannae, Barb and Richard are all amazing, caring people. “They were very helpful inside for redeeming US savings bonds more than 30 years old. But difficult to do a night deposit at the ATM because there are no lights and you have to use your own flashlight to see the keyboard. I've mentioned that to them several times over the last couple years and it hasn't been fixed. Mentioned it again on my last visit on Aug 15th so we'll see if it gets done.”

“Was pretty mad. ATM took my $500 and kept it spitting out a receipt with some nonsense about potential fraud. Next day I went in and the branch manager, Scott Hall went to work. In just a few minutes my card was again active. After that he submitted a claim for the safe return of my $500. Next morning 1st thing my money was credited to my account. That would be the end of it but awhile later Mr Scott Hall phoned me to make sure all has gone well. Now while I am on the fence about how I feel about the whole ordeal I DO know that I appreciated a courtesy call from the branch manager just to check up on the issue. 3 stars for the ordeal. 5 stars for Mr Scott Hall. Average 4 stars.”
