He made the process smooth, painless, and I appreciated the help. His co-worker on shift was also extremely helpful in the process when Kayden needed assistance, which is always nice to see. They worked around system errors on their end as well while and they had many customers in the store with only having 2 people on staff and still tended to everyones needs.
