“Liam was the name of one the workers here and I’d like to give him a huge shoutout for helping me activate my phone. My phone was off for 3 days after I received my brand new phone and Asurion kept me on the phone for hours just to tell me they couldn’t do anything for me. Plus this Verizon store isn’t a corporate place but still Liam made some calls and had my phone working in just 20 minutes and he made me feel like he was really trying to help and that MATTERS. If you guys go here and see him just know you’re in good hands 🤙🏽 Stay Blessed! 💯”

“My experience at the ATT store was great. The staff -including the manager were friendly, knowledgeable and persistent and they managed to resolve the question I came in with, even if it took more than an hour to do so.
The actual reason I was in the store (a 90 minute drive for me, but the closest store able to deal with my issue) is not a positive reflection on ATT's customer focus. I needed to transfer a business phone number to my personal account. I thought, 10 minutes, tops. Instead, it took 5 days, 4 calls, 3+ hours on hold and eventually 1+ hour in the Tacoma store. In the process, I received 23 emails from ATT. It was awful, and not an advertisement for ATT's ability to implement functional, customer-friendly, effective processes.”

“I have been having difficulties with my TMobile SyncUp Drive ever since I had to upgrade to the new style. It flat out just didn't work. I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work.
I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly.

My wife and I are seniors and are not proficient in modern technology but Jesus explained everything wrote info down for us and helped us get a replacement phone when my wife had hers stolen. It came to our home in 3 days. I immediately decided to switch from my phone provider to be part of my wife's plan. Saving me over $1000 per year. Jesus gets manager of the year and is a future regional manager. A kind young family man and a blessing to 70 year-old guys like me.”

We have been T-Mobile customers for over 20 years, and after an unbelievably frustrating experience with customer service over the phone, we were honestly ready to walk away. The person we spoke with was argumentative, rude, and made an already frustrating situation even worse.
La’Joel and Diego completely changed that experience for us. They listened, took the time to understand what had happened, and treated us with respect. Most importantly, they actually worked with us to find a solution instead of making us feel like we were the problem.
Because of the way they handled the situation, T-Mobile retained two longtime customers of 20+ years. That says a lot about the difference good leadership and great customer service can make.

The Key Peninsula deserves better service and higher powered internet. We applied for Starlink and can’t wait to drop CenturyLink.
