“Doug was great and knowledgeable. No surprise costs or hidden fees. He also came in roughly 25% lower than any other bid.
When I picked up my car it was completely cleaned. I dropped it off full of sand and dirt and every nook and cranny was cleaned while it was at their shop.
The body work itself looked great, you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident. Panel gaps are even and the body panels line up.”

From the first contact with employees to getting onto the lot, they were amazing! 2 separate employees gave exact information necessary for accessing the vehicle. Front office personnel was professional and directed us where to go. The lot worker actually crawled into the van to help empty salvageable items. Another worker came to help family move items to another vehicle. Bill's really gave us a good experience in light of the terrible things thieves caused a family.”
