“Long story short ended up here because I had purchased a phone at the Tacoma location they did not help at all except for one guy Jerald he was trying his best to help. (I left a review for the Tacoma location if you want to know more) when we got there Michael greeted us and ask what we needed help with mentioned to him the problems we had with the phone and what had happened at the Tacoma location. He inspected the phone and said that the problem we had with the phone was not normal for it having a new battery (it would shut down at 20%) and he offered us a exchange for a similar phone and said that the new phone also had warranty and if we had any problems with it to go back and he would gladly help us! I highly recommend the phone guys especially the Puyallup location Michael is awesome friendly and very knowledgeable!”

Excellent customer service, when there were system issues the first night we came in with upgrading our phones, he scheduled an appointment and made sure the offers we had our first trip in were still valid. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not feel like he was trying to rip us off or oversell everything under the moon! Added bonus the play list in the store while waiting for everything was great music and made the trip more enjoyable. All in all, DEFINITELY recommend Dexter at this location!”

“My wife and I came in with some issues regarding our account today, initially we were on the fence about possibly switching carriers. Edwin went absolutely above and beyond to help resolve all of the issues we were experiencing and even helping us further than that to improve our experience with Verizon. “I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”

Those are usually the ones to leave the poor review. But i don’t think it reflects on them accurately so i felt the need to express that. “Going to a corporate Verizon store rather than an authorized Verizon dealer is so worth it. They can answer the questions that dealers can't. You are talking to the actual Verizon Business and they can answer all of your questions and concerns. It's worth just to have them look at your account and check out the health of your phone : )”
