The Storehouse in Puyallup is hands down the best storage place I’ve used! The facility is clean, organized, and feels super secure. What really sets it apart is the staff —Michael, Ricky, and Oriana are friendly, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile.
I had to move in a hurry, and they totally came through, even providing a moving truck to get my stuff to and from the unit. That kind of service is rare!
If you’re in Frederickson, Spanaway, or Puyallup, do yourself a favor and check them out. Secure, Clean, reliable, and staffed by people who genuinely care — The Storehouse will take care of you!”

“Exceptional customer service at this location. Kayla, the manager, respectfully followed up and communicated with a sense of urgency, answered all of our questions. The location is clean, well-secured with fencing, plenty of security cameras and on-site security overnight. Looked at several businesses in the area for pricing quotes, but it came down to a better level of customer service here. Kayla is a credit to this business because she was the deciding factor to rent here in addition to the the facilities.”

“Tiffany, the manager was absolutely amazing. She showed me the entire storage property and thoroughly described everything I needed to know while I store my RV. She went through all required documents and explained all criteria in detail. Love the locked gate and that the law enforcement officers patrol the property several times a day.
Feel very confident that my RV will be safe.”
“I have been renting from Arm Guard for 17 years now. They have always been very friendly and I have never had any issues trying to access my storage unit. The units are heated and inside. I have even moved units within that time frame and they will always work with you. There even really nice when you forget to give your insurance when you switch companies. Security is awesome! There is someone there 24/7! I highly recommend!!”

“Some initial difficulties with coordinating around a faulty gate, but it got straightened out. They were kind enough to issue me a rebate for my trouble. Clean, well secured units with new hardware and easily changed locks. Autopay makes the billing simple.”
“I've used the Northwest Storage on 18th Ave E in Tacoma, WA for about 3 years. I have been impressed by the Northwest Storage rep Matthew throughout that time and he has been a good resource to help. I am pleased overall with the facility.
A couple observations:: The facility has some maintenance items that detract from the facility with things like muddy ground areas because there is not enough gravel to spread around, some fence areas need additional repair and securing, and a number of damaged storage unit doors need repaired.”

We also had to have one for a short period for our disabled son while he was seeking care. These folks are very responsive and always helpful. The property is well maintained and easy to access. Very conveniently located for us.”

“I've been using the storage facilities for nearly 5years now. I've never experienced a bad moment here other then the time I accidentally got locked in. Gates lock at the exact time posted. (Believe it is 9pm) highly suggest getting out no later then 8:55pm to be on the safe side.”
