This place would be lost without her! She offers exceptional customer service and is on top of EVERYTHING! I love that they offer Smart Lock units! No need to purchase cylinder locks that are useless when no longer needed. Easy app access and you can permit others to enter your unit via their app. And let’s not forget their generous promotions (75% off your first 2 months)! I highly recommend this location (Graham, WA). If you are looking for a safe, clean and fairly priced storage facility, this is the place - tell them Rochelle sent you!! 😊”

Polite, professional, and fun- I don’t know how y’all made my renting a storage space for my RV fun, but you sure did!!! Ladies here working the Spanaway location are top notch! Highly recommend.”

“Between the kiosk and the available associates, I was immediately taken care of. The kiosk gave a good vertual visual of the whole property layout and its current available units. However it wasn't until, ---I believe his name was Jason.. ?--- walked me directly to the 2 units, that I was having difficulties choosing between. All while breaking down my options clearly. Cleansly Very well kept building. Might be an older building, but you'd probably never know unless you were told, or know the difference between what a flaurecent and non flaurecent lights:D Overall, I'm glad I went to extraspace.”
“Sharron at the Puyallup location helped us switch units when I booked and paid already for the wrong one. This was in the middle of such a stressful week when literally our families house burned down and life was upside down. She saw the panic on my face and I was prepared for yet another roadblock to maneuver. Sharron said I will take care of you and made this so easy and seamless. Thank you to her for making our experience with this company so amazing and easy. This meant the world to me in the midst of chaos. Sharron should at the very least be running these places or working in some sort of social services and helping people in crisis. I have worked in all local ERs as a nurse. We need more people like her in our community. This company is very lucky to have her. I’m only sorry it took me a week to write this review but I did not forget about you!!”
“Access hours are better than most storages. The employees are walking around doing checks or other work. The alarm and system cameras seem very secure. And thier rent is reasonable.”

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience here! The employee who helped me was incredible—professional, friendly, and impressively efficient. The entire process with them was just as fast (if not even faster!) than using the online system, which is already super easy and convenient on its own.
The facility itself is spotless. You can tell it’s kept in top-tier condition every single day. The heated units are well-maintained, comfortable to access, and clearly cared for. Even the bathrooms were clean and stocked, which says a lot—someone is obviously doing an excellent job staying on top of everything.
Between the great service, the smooth process, and the awesome prices and deals, this place really stands out. Highly recommend!”
