A few weeks ago I had a very severe allergic reaction to the cinnamon scented pine cones that were inside the store. My throat was burning and constricting, and I had to cut my shopping short to get out of there. I reported it to the cashier who didn't really know what to do to help me. So later I called and spoke with a manager and let him know what happened, and asked if the cones could be outside where I could get past them with less impact to my health. He said he'd talk with the owners about it. When I arrived today the pine cones are outside! I feel supported and seen as a customer who wants to support a locally owned business, and I appreciate that. I shop here almost every week because I like this store and I now like it a little bit more!”

“They have been GREAT at getting my Alaskan Husky IPA. They always call when they get my beer. Norm's will wait for me to get up to LaConner as it is not easy sometimes. They always have it waiting in the cooler.They always can get your brand. They even bring it out to the car. Nice people work at Norm's. RC”

“Great place to get almost anything you need, they have a small area where they sell fresh food, such as meat, they also have an area for fruits, but most of the store is snacks, and any beverage you can think of, you can also find everyday items, such as pet food, canned food, and other packaged goods, although it can be pricey, overall an amazing gas station store.”

“Came to the Lake Stevens Haggen this morning, Saturday 11 March 2023, to select one sweet treat to try from the in-house bakery. A small line formed for the donuts made in-house while I was picking out my item. I went with an individually packaged cinnamon roll from the breakfast table. Price pre- and with tax was $1.99 and I was able to pay via self check-out, which opened to customers after I arrived and before I checked out. The parking lot was large and workers friendly.It was a cinnamon roll with a hearty portion of cream cheese frosting, which as a cream cheese frosting enthusiast I quite enjoyed. The roll itself was well cooked and the cinnamon not too overpowering after the first of couple bites. It came in a tight bowl of sorts within the main container, which made eating the cinnamon roll much less messy than it might have been without the bowl.”
“This jeweler, Vinh Lee is so amazing! Vinh meticulously works for a perfect end result and exquisite finished product! I have turned my ring in several times for various things: resizing, rhodium etc and each time I get my ring back it looks better than new- I hope he is the main jeweler here forever so I can continue getting the most beautiful ring back each time!”
“2024 Cheaper than Safeway on lots of items and has lots of clearance, even better. 5 stars after 3 years of improvement. I now drive one town over to shop here.Has gotten much better at having enough checkout people, raising stars. Hope it stays that way, I always like shopping there, they have Boars Head deli meat which if you are from the East Coast is considered the best so we always go back at least for that, but lately they have more checkout people so we are doing more regular shopping there since the shake up with Safeway and Albertson's. Who dont have Boars Head as far as we know.”
“So i was originally going to post 1 star, but dud to the way Theresa (customer service) and Logan (manager of drive up) handled my situation they gain the stars.
I had a drive up order and consisting of 4 different meats from the deli. When I got an alert items were "out of stock" I noticed it was all the deli meat I ordered, which seemed odd to me. So I called the store and spoke with the Deli department and they let me know that "No person from drive up came to the counter" . I asked Devin from the deli department to please package up the meat and I'll be right in.
Once I got there I spike with Theresa who was kind and understanding. She led me to Logan and he listened to what I had to say and the 2 of them helped me more than I think even they understand
Thank you guys and I hope the drive up person learns that they can't get away with being lazy, because I have hungry kids to feed so I'm gonna search down my food ?”

“Clean, huge selection of pre made snacks in the cooler, all sorts of drinks. But the best part...beautifully fried chicken !! Absolutely delicious. Tenders, wings, breasts, thighs. Also have a selection of corn dogs and a few other fried delights. Lots of sauce packets as well. Just a pass thru on the way to friend in Machias, gotta day this place is always a stop for a snack. Even on the way to lunch!”

“There is a guy named Miles who works in the meat department. He hooked me up with a brisket the day before the superbowl. The brisket looks to be a perfect cut and a good price. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days. Miles is cool. Be like Miles.”
