“I cannot say enough good things about my multiple uses of the rental department. Mike was the one who originally helped me as I popped in recently to rent a truck. I was having difficulty with the website so i figured id gamble and see if i could rent same day. Mike had me set in less than 10 minutes and it was seamless. I used the truck and brought it back which again was quick and painless. Unfortunately, when I got out to my car I realized my battery died from leaving the lights on. Jose and Noah both took the time to help Jumpstart my car so I could continue my project. I will forever use this rental department and am just so appreciative of their work ethic.”

“Best service ever! Called because my choke switch on my Stihl FS 250 broke. Spoke to Zack who said they had the part in stock. He fixed the switch in a few minutes and I was on my way. Zack was super knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great attitude. The 16 year old Granite Falls sophomore high school student who was the cashier was very friendly and greeted people as they came in. Normally I'd have to leave my unit at the shop for several weeks, even for something super easy to fix. Thank you!”
