“I thought my car needed new brakes. I called Klahanie Service Center, and they kindly offered to look at my brakes for free. The appointment was just a few days later. After they inspected the car, they told me my brakes were OK, but that I needed new tie rods and one other small repair (I don't have the receipt in front of me). I paid just under $700 for all the work, which -- according to the internet -- is a fair price. They were quick with service, and the process was pain-free. Overall, being someone who knows little about car repair, I'm satisfied!”

“This is shop is my new go to mechanic! Not only did they quote me $100 less than my dealer did for the periodic brake fluid flush recommended by my truck's maintenance handbook, when they got the truck up on the lift they told me a fluid change wasn't even needed and didn't charge me a dime.”

“I go there to get gas for my car sometimes because I pass this place to and from work everyday. They have expanded it and fixed it up a few years ago and it's quite nice. They have some good munchies options inside for some drinks and snacks on the go.”
“Car broke down and was stuck here for hours. Even had to leave the car over night, and owner was nice enough to not give me a hard time. Cashiers were nice and store was super clean. One of the nicest stations I've ever been to. I also really liked the coffee machine that ground the coffee fresh. Bad situation, but I was lucky this is where it happened. Thank you!”

“Hi! I’m here to apologize to an employee at this location. Doubting it’ll reach her but attempting anyway. I came into this location a couple days ago and I believe it was Debrah was working at the time. My dog was having emergency surgery and I was having a really tough day. Regardless, I had an embarrassing attitude with you. I treated you in a way you didn’t deserve and I’m sorry. I may be delusional thinking this will get to you, but if it does, I had to try!
The store was great from what I remember and she did a great job dealing with a difficult customer.”

“Today during this very harsh weather there was a very nice man working there. I am sure many others stopped at this location to do the same thing I did as many of us were sitting in our vehicles for hours waiting to get home. I asked for a restroom and he very nicely let me know but realized he needed to close a door so I could get to it. He closed the door and I used the facilities. After I decided to buy some chips and soda. Now l, I want to make things a little clearer for you. I had just clgone shopping and bought a few grocery items from Target so I didn't really need to buy anything but it was his kindness that convinced me I should. Not only that but just after me a women who was totally not dressed for the weather came in looking for the restroom. He kindly showed her where it was. After my purchase she came out but was inquiring about if she had to buy something. He reassured her that she did not. I personally feel his kindness was above and beyond! I want to thank you for having such a worker here! My rating is for this particular man! I was there at 2:30pm.”

“I stopped mainly for the convenience store as I was heading out for a long trip with my 84 year old mom. The young man there, I wish I had gotten his name, was so customer service oriented. He answered our questions, even went through the store to try to find what we were looking for. After we purchased our items, he held the door open for us. THAT is the way we should treat everyone we meet; he was amazing. And the prices were pretty dang good, also.”

“Slow service and it’s not even busy. I was at the self checkout lane and I have 1 thing to get. I scanned it and something went wrong with the machine. So the light was blinking for help. The self checkout worker lady just stood there and didn’t help and didn’t do her job. I stared at her for a long time and she did not move. I just left because people are not doing their job. For that I was going to give this Costco a 3 star but what changed my mind is the other workers that are actually willing to help. Like the person who told us where the bathrooms are. FYI the bathrooms are being renovated so they have nice trailer toilets outside! It’s awesome and clean and has AC and does not smell at all. Also the hosts are very hype when costumers are coming in.”
